After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs. This review is based only on the express exterior wash and does not reflect any of the other work they perform. Everyone's experience will be different. Give them a chance!

For reference, my receipt information is as follows: Exterior #53hz7 Docket #53hz7 date 12/12/26 11:45 am The location appears to be operating under a new system that only allows one car at a time, with just two employees at the register and two handling interior details. Unfortunately, this staffing level is insufficient to deliver the level of service customers expect. As a result, my vehicle was left drying in the sun, which caused noticeable water spots. I ultimately had to rewash and dry the car myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for professional service. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. When customers pay for premium services such as autogloss and tire gloss, they should reasonably expect their vehicle to be properly cared for and finished without issues that require additional work on their part. Bought a new Palisade in 2024, was told we have free oil changes for 2-3 years, no appt needed…read more However, every time we take it down for an oil change its a 3 hrs+ wait. Took my Palisade down last Thursday at 8:30 am and didn't get my car back until 11:30 am. We also purchased the extended warranty and with ever oil change they try to sell us another service. It's not worth taking it back to the dealer Porter Hyundai to waste my time for a free oil change. Either let us make appts for oil changes and it shouldn't take more than an hour or have designated people who only do oil changes to speed things up!
