This is my third time using High Point Roofing, and all I can say is that if you're reading this review go ahead and hire this company. "A pleasant experience from start to finish" When I purchased my home I was told my roof was only three years old. While on a minor roof repair, the project manager, Bill, gave me a call and sent me pictures to inform me I was swindled! He then spent 20 minutes teaching me about roofs while sharing anecdotes about his life and his experiences. Hearing an employee saying such great things about their company solidified my opinion on this company. Every time I call the office Rochelle picks up on the first ring, and is always delightfully cheery and inviting. When I went to the office to pay, I was greeted immediately, and everything was smooth. Paul was my point person, and he is extremely responsive and considerate of me not as a customer but as a fellow homeowner with roof issues and pockets that are not infinite. Personalities aside, the work is incredibly clean, and timely. The teams that came out to do the work were extremely respectful of the property and left it tidy. When they came to replace my gutters, Bill informed me of a camera that got knocked off - it was the old Homeowner's camera that I intended to remove anyways, and so Bill got the ladder back out and completely removed the old cameras for me! They use really good materials, and do everything by the book. They don't bs you and try to sell you anything. They inform you candidly and allow you to make a decision. This company is so responsive. I absolutely love this company. My window was crooked and I couldn't shut it. They came out within a half hour of calling to fix it for me. Saw my shih tzu popped out the screen and fixed that as well. They do not make any more friendly or responsive workers than at this company. read more

They removed and replaced my roof, that looks fine. They left many nails in the driveway and scrap materials on the lower roof. They did not re attach my downspout which is not easily done also soffit has been separated. I put a piece of soffit back myself and called 3 times to have them return to fix the downspout and soffit but no return calls. Since their follow up service is so terrible it concerns me now how well the roof really is done. read more

I called High Point Roofing about a leak that was happening in one of my bedrooms ceiling by a dormer. Talked with one of the friendly phone representatives at High Point and Explained my roofing issue . I was told that I would be contacted by Brandon. Brandon called me shortly and we set up an appointment for him to come in a few days to surmise the Leak. Brandon came on time and inspected the roofing issue .....upon the inspection, he noticed a single nail had "popped up" and the leak was coming in from where the popped up nail was lifted..With a hammer and some well placed caulk he immediately fixed the problem in less than fifteen minutes with ... ..Me and my Wife cannot thank Brandon and High Point Roofing enough for coming out and fixing our roof for absolutely FREE....Brandon later explained that there is a company policy that if the job could be fixed in less than 15 minutes its a no charge Awesome experience with High Point Roofing...an honest roofing company read more

Recently had an issue with my roof (not done by High Point) on my new house. The ridge cap blew back in a storm and I was worried it was going to leak. I called High Point to see if I could have someone come out before it rained. They were completely professional and understanding of the situation. They said I would have someone out within an hour. Someone actually came out quicker then an hour and was already aware of the problem. He fixed the roof perfectly and sent me pictures and texts of what was going on the entire time (due to Covid-19). I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness knowing my roof could leak from a problem that was not caused by them. If I ever need ANYTHING done on my roof again I will not hesitant to call them. Beyond impressed!! read more

Stripped two layers of asphalt shingles with tarps to protect my house and my neighbors house. Brandon, the foreman, handled and answered every question of mine. He was polite, respectful and professional. They even scheduled an electrician to complete the installation of our power attic vent fan, which I thought I would have to complete!
