He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. Robert was incredibly helpful with figuring out what I needed and answering tons of questions for me (as I evaluated ten companies and rated them all to determine who was the best one for the job). The installation guys were all incredibly nice and polite, especially Steve and Jimmy who came back on Saturday to finish after storms on Friday kept them from completing the job that day. Since we were very happy with the roof, we contacted Union, along with another contractor to get two estimates. Frank also suggested we box in the porch -or cover the wood frame around the porch with new white aluminum siding. Since a crew was coming out to install such a small area, it made sense to have this small, but necessary update, completed at the same time. The price he gave me was so low, I said yes immediately.
