Amazing team!!! Blake came and got the initial measurements. Once I agreed with the price, the windows were ordered with 50% down and the remaining 50% after the job was completed. About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. I used Smart Shield to replace all the windows in my 101 yr old house (23 windows total - basement, first and second floors, and attic) as well as my front storm door. The windows and door all look great and are a huge improvement over what was there previously. Robert was incredibly helpful with figuring out what I needed and answering tons of questions for me (as I evaluated ten companies and rated them all to determine who was the best one for the job). Smart Shield came out on top and did a great job! The installation guys were all incredibly nice and polite, especially Steve and Jimmy who came back on Saturday to finish after storms on Friday kept them from completing the job that day. I am incredibly happy with my new windows which are all clear and open and shut so easily that I have to remind myself not to push them too hard. Smart Shield is the only company I will ever use for any service they offer. My only complaint is that I wish they did even more services because I trust them so much. I had a window issue in my new home that I couldn't find anyone to help with. I contacted multiple contractors and different companies and it was clear my business was never important - I'd get ghosted for appointments, took months to get quotes, and more. I finally found Smart Shield and was contacted almost immediately after requesting a callback. The owner, Bryan, was so incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. The process to get started was easy (and very digital which earns extra bonus points in my book) and it was a few weeks until installation. The installation went great and I've never had an issue with the windows. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful. The team at Smart Shield is HIGHLY communicative. The installation crew are all lovely, respectful, and masters of their craft. They have impeccable clean up after as well! We had all the windows replaced in my daughter's historic rowhouse in East Falls. In addition, Bryan and his team capped an exterior door and replaced the storm door. Bryan was super easy to work with, very responsive and knows his products. We selected Pella lifestyle casements for the front of the house in keeping with the original windows (previous owners had installed ugly double hung). Scheduling was a breeze and the installers were efficient and friendly. They were respectful of the property, although don't believe it if you're told that most of the work will be done from the outside. My only concern was the permitting process, Bryan asked us to do it and there was some confusion about the contractor registration, which delayed the permit, and therefore the work. We got good value for our money - would definitely recommend! read more

Great final result, but what set this company apart was the incredible customer service. Bryan the owner was incredibly responsive and did whatever was needed for me to be satisfied with the final result. Long story short while installing a sliding glass door the paint on one side of the wall got scraped off. First Bryan agreed to touch it up and when the paint didn't match his guys ended up painting the whole wall free of charge.
