He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. It was more than just the door but the over hang as well. It had fell down and squirrels had made a home :( The gentleman that took the call gave the information to Jim. He is the father and the owner of the company. Jim called and set up a time to come look at the job. When he showed up, he felt like family. Coming in through the back of the house he looked at the work I wanted done. He sat down in my basement and told us what they would do, took pictures of the damage and dictated everything into a recorder about the whole process. We gave him a small deposit toward the job. He gave me a receipt. What I liked about Jim is he let me know what I needed and didn't need and was very upfront about the price. This company never stood us up. Came on time, did a great job. The door is beautiful as well. They even framed out and put up my old wrought iron screen door. They were even thoughtful enough to measure the peep hole to my height (I'm the shorty in the family). We also decided to let We Care do our roof. One of Jim's sons came out and video taped the roof. We looked at the tape and Jim went over the damage with us and gave us our options. WOW! It was nice to see the roof without climbing a ladder LOL! We decided on a 2 coat white Elastomeric Silicone roof because it helps keep the house cooler in the summer. They even treated the skylight. After it was all done they came back to my home and showed us the video of the completed roof and mailed us a copy of video. We Care is not the cheapest company I've come across. but they do quality work, respectful of your time, do follow up calls to make sure you are happy with their work and respectful of your property. I showed up on time for the appointment and waited outside for about two hours -- no one ever came out, called, or answered. Even the owner, who introduced himself as Andrew, never showed up or reached out to apologize or reschedule. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for people's time says a lot about how the company operates. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before applying or working with Costello Construction, as my experience suggests they are not as serious or reliable as they appear.

Mak was quick to respond and provided me options. I got the quality I wanted for a very fair price PLUS it was so easy! I didn't have to wait days/weeks for someone to come out to measure and "sell" me a door. The communication with Mak and the installer, John, was easy. The installer arrived on time and went out of his way to resolve some obstacles my house presented. Quality was important for me as this oversize door is opened/closed many times throughout the day (let the dogs out, let the dogs in: repeat). The screen is perfect for pets and is so minimalist I find myself checking to be sure it's closed. It was surprising to me that I wasn't asked for a deposit and refreshing to do business in this way.
