I asked her if she worked here and she said she is waiting for replacement glass for her front door. She said she wasn't getting any response from the company either. One of the few times my phone call was actually answered I was told the glass would be ready in 7-10 days, however i haven't recieved any communication whatsoever since that phone conversation aside from finding out that the previous receptionist no longer works there. I recently bought a dresser for my daughter's bedroom. It's all mirrored, and when it was delivered I discovered that one side of the dresser was cracked :( I'm not going to get into the company the dresser came from and the crazy back and forth I went through with them. Long story short, I got it for free and started looking for a glass & mirror company that could come to my home to repair it. I found Micheals on Yelp and saw they had great reviews. Sorry, I never remembered any names, but the nice lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. I made an appointment and the gentleman came out to my home to look at the dresser. He took the measurements and left. I got a call back the next day to set up a time for them to come back to install it. When they finally came out ( about 3 weeks later....the mirror didn't fit. They had took the wrong measurements. The man was very apologetic and said they would have to reorder it. I was very disappointed, but for some reason not mad about it. It took about another 3 weeks, but like the fact that they were very proactive about it. Calling me along the way to let me know it was being corrected and when it was coming. They finally came and put the mirror in and it looks beautiful! They were very friendly and cleaned up behind their selves. This company was not the cheapest, but for me good service is worth the price. I would recommend this company.

We contacted Smart Shield Windows because they are a veteran-owned and veteran-friendly company,…read morewhich was important to me as a fellow veteran. After working with Bryan and his team, I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation we had. Smart Shield talks about putting customer service, integrity, communication, and quality first, and that is exactly what we experienced. I have never had customer service from a home improvement or service company as good as what we received from Smart Shield. Everything was easy, convenient, timely, and well communicated from the first conversation through installation. We had our front entry door replaced, along with our garage entry door and a new screen/storm door. Bryan took the time to walk us through the different options, helped us get the look we wanted, and worked with the manufacturer when we had specific requests around the front door and trim. Bryan and his team were excellent every step of the way. The installation was professional, the finished work looks great, and the difference in our home was noticeable almost immediately. The house is quieter, the doors seal significantly better, and we can already feel the improvement in keeping the cool air inside and the hot air outside. What impressed me most was how easy they made the entire process. Smart Shield says they focus on customer care and keeping customers informed throughout the project, and they absolutely delivered on that promise. If you are looking for new windows or doors, I highly recommend Smart Shield Windows. They are a veteran-owned company that takes pride in its work, stands behind its products and installation, and provides a level of customer service that is increasingly hard to find. They earned every bit of this five-star review.
