Not only did Windows Guardians help us select superior energy-efficient casement windows for our 26 window replacement to improve temperature control and comfort, but they went the extra mile for our cat Prince. You see, he loves napping in the sunshine. So when the installers noticed him eying one of the large new window openings, they suggested extending the sill to create a perfect sunbathing spot just for him. Okay, maybe we're a little overindulgent when it comes to our pet... but how could we say no to that thoughtful recommendation?! That was so sweet of them to even offer. Regardless, we're just in awe at the whole entire experience; the attention to detail is next level. Their window quality and installation is truly top-notch. Every unit is solid, energy-efficient, and beautifully installed to let in great natural light. And their team worked so respectfully around a roaming kitty during the renovation! read more

I was looking to get new windows , and did not want to go the route of home depot and local contractor, I have had a bad experience with the installation process before, so I went on google and saw this local company Window Guardians , and I liked what I read about them in their reviews, So I gave them a call, I spoke with Kelli on the phone, she was very helpful and kind, we setup an appointment for me to meet with Chris and he explained their windows and gave me all the info on pricing and answered all my questions, at first the pricing was a little bit out my budget, so Chris contacted the owner Sebastian and I spoke with him, he managed to cut an affordable deal for me so I decided to go with them, and my new 500 series windows were installed within 6 weeks, overall great and smooth experience, they even gave me a window cleaning gift bag after everything was done, Thank you Window Guardians!! read more

Phenomenal company. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my windows. From the get go they were extremely helpful. I dealt with Kelli to start, and she was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. I had Sebastian give me a call before he came out to see me, and he arrived right on time. He had sample windows to show me and everything. It was amazing! The quality of the window and excellent customer service sold me, and the installation blew me away. Given how amazing everything was, you'd expect the pricing to be outrageous. Not at all! Even after installation they're still following up to show they still care! 10/10 read more

We reached out to Chris to get a quote for a new screen door for our porch after our dog lunged through our old one (pesky squirrels!). Had a great selection of options and everyone was exceptionally capable and professional. They measured the frame to ensure a good fit and were able to accommodate our request for an in-swing door. Took about 4 weeks from order to install. We'd reach out to them again if we needed another door in the future. read more
