I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

After getting 3 bids, (two of them had $95 for each sheet of Plywood, and the first 3 sheets free),I had M&S match that and put it in writing. They were $125 per sheet with none free originally. I really needed a Saturday install due to work issues and my Great Dane would need to be out of house, and Mark promised that. That was the first issue. He did not keep that promise. It had to be on a Friday. I'm flexible, so okay. I took off work. The team that actually did the job was GREAT. That was nice. However, when they left, I walked the perimeter and found that 2 of my flood lights had been broken and knocked down. Also, they did not reconnect a downspout that I requested be fixed while they were up there, (I told them I would pay extra, as it had just been knocked off during a recent storm.) Mark had promised that as well. Oh well. The roof looked great. Good materials. But the price was CLEARLY padded. When I got the final bill a week or so later. Only 5-6 full pieces of Plywood were used. I counted! Mark even went up and checked the ones in question to save me money. The bill said that 11 were used. Not true. Again, barely 6 full sheets were used, But the bill said 11 were used. In the end I paid for eight sheets of wood. I paid in full. Ten days later Mark texts me and says he lost my check for $8,000!!! I had to leave work to go to bank to stop payment. Then I had to go in person to their office to reissue a check. That was a big problem for me. But I'm understanding, so I told them we could schedule the gutters next, for which I had received 3 bids also. Their first bid was for $3,600 ish, with guards. I asked for a price without the guards and it went down to around $2,400. I told them to schedule it,mid November and that's where I started getting the run around. I finally got Mark to commit to last Tuesday, but I had to change it for to work. I figured that would not be a problem because I had been so understanding and flexible this whole time. I asked for this coming Tuesday the 25th and it has been 8 days and I have not heard from M&S contracting. I have called emailed and sent numerous texts. I guess I'm going to go elsewhere now.

They were timely, organized and always followed through. Luke was here most days, checking on the job, his workers were hardworking and on time everyday working until dark. My experience with KLM has been the best I have had with a contractor. I was informed about what was going to happen as the job progressed , which I found very helpful and the best part was they always followed through. Because of this they gained my confidence soon after they started the project. The job is now finished, they did a fantastic job, this is from someone who is a perfectionist. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is considering a home renovation.

Unfortunately this quickly changed once our project started, they were unable to manage a construction schedule and deliver on their proposed project timeline. Furthermore they had an everchanging group of subcontracts performing the work with little to no oversight from KLM, including an incident in which several items were stolen from our property during their job. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Rather then selling me a new roof he came to my house inspected the area found a small hole in my flashing and fixed it. I asked how much and he said nothing. Took 5 mins.
