Couldn't be any more of a nice guy but that isnt why I think hes literally the best guy for your job. Every other roofer wants to up sell and make you pay for things that you may not need or could be purchased for cheaper. That wasnt the case with me because my roof isnt old enough to need replacement but it was leaking to my surprise. In one area only and just when it downpours. Rather then selling me a new roof he came to my house inspected the area found a small hole in my flashing and fixed it. I asked how much and he said nothing. Took 5 mins. You really think im gonna call someone else when it comes time to replace. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest roofer.

Complete stucco remediation project. We interviewed about 5…read morecompanies. Normally we wouldn't go to such lengths, but this was a very costly endeavor. After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.

A year later we had to call them back because there was some damage during a storm in August 2020. They repaired the roof and cleaned up the damage without any issues. Having to hire a slate roofer in the Allentown area (rather than relying on our old one in another…read morearea) turned out to be a re-education about the difficulty of finding a reputable and responsive roofer. In all, I made five phone calls to try to line up estimates on having slates replaced. Two never bothered to return the call. One called back 3-4 days later. Another called back 2 days later. (That guy, the Coplay, not Bensalem Romano, said he "doesn't do" estimates on slate replacements.) Just one called back that very day, and boy, did we luck out - J & M Roofing. We already knew the rough going price of slate replacement and J & M was right in the pocket. The boss, Greg, was a charming and down to earth guy and his son (he has two in the business with him) made a point of stopping by swiftly and taking pictures that were emailed to us to show exactly what needed replacing. Greg has been in the business a long time and knows how to ration his time. Quicker jobs like ours get reserved for days of iffy weather and weekends, and indeed, the following weekend he and one son and one helper showed up and got the job done in short order. The job was done just recently so I can't tell you about durability. I can tell you that we were happy with the speed of response, and that all the workers were personable and cleaned up afterwards decently. Throughout the process, Greg was a good and consistent communicator too. If you're looking for an experienced roofer - and one who knows slate - definitely include J & M Roofing in your considerations.

He didn't overcomplicate the project or load me up with roofing jargon like other contractors did. Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

We live in an old farmhouse with a newer (1983) addition, and where the old roof meets the newer…read moreroof, for some reason, part of it was a flat roof. This flat part of the roof had leaked during major rainstorms about 2-3 times over the last 5 years. Our home warranty company repaired it every time and the repairs would last about 2 years. But earlier this year it leaked again, and our home warranty company advised us that this entire section of our roof needed to be replaced. The plywood underneath was rotten and, to make matters worse, the leak was funneling right down into our newly remodeled master bathroom. So I went to Yelp and reached out to a bunch of local roofing contractors for quotes. I provided pictures from the most recent repair. Some contractors never responded after that. Some said they would come by for quotes and never showed. But my experience with Supreme from the start was impressive, so they ended up getting the job. Noni responded to me via Yelp immediately after I reached out for a quote to say that he was leaving the country the very next day to go on vacation, but that he would be in touch as soon as he returned in a couple weeks. In those two weeks, I had two other roofers come by for estimates. One spent about 5 mins on my roof and sent me an estimate within an hour of leaving. When my husband and I read it, it didn't sound like much more than an elaborate patch job, so we set that one aside. The other roofer was so stumped by the problem that he felt like the best solution was to rip this flat part of the roof out entirely and reconstruct the pitch in this area, which meant he needed to get an architect involved. The potential cost of that freaked us out a little, but it sounded like the best possible solution. Despite following up with him several times, he never responded or provided an estimate. Just when I was losing hope and feeling like I needed to contact a whole new gaggle of roofers, Noni returned from vacation and called me. I had literally forgotten that he was going to call, and I probably would have reminded myself to contact him again when I went back into my Yelp account, but I was so impressed that he remembered to call me! He was up on my roof checking things out within a couple days. And he seemed stumped by the issue of the flat roof too (nobody seemed to understand why the builder chose to make this part of the roof flat), but he asked for a couple days to think through a good, long-lasting solution for us and provide an estimate. We had an estimate in hand the very next day that seemed like a solid, middle-of-the-road solution, with a price tag of less than $5,000. We read and reread this estimate and it really seemed like he would be addressing our issues and then some. He even found an issue with our flashing around our chimney that he offered to fix for us too! So great! Noni gets the job! Now we had to schedule it. Between his existing commitments and our end of summer vacation, and weather, we had to reschedule a couple times. This was not a problem, as Noni was extremely attentive and communicative throughout the process. He was scheduled to start the job the day before Ida came through, but the job he was trying to wrap up went longer than anticipated. When he told me he wasn't going to make it, I expressed concern (ok, I was freaking out) about the rain Ida was going to be bringing, and the already-failing recent repairs to my roof (it had leaked again while we were on vacation). Without hesitation, he offered to come and put a tarp on our roof to hold us over until the next week when they could get here. Well we all know how Ida turned out. Thank god he tarped my roof - and it held!! Not a single drop of water in my new bathroom!! The day after Labor Day, the stars finally aligned, and Noni and his crew were out here around 8am and went till about 6pm. Throughout the day he was communicating with us and keeping us in the loop and sending us pictures. Also, I have to add, he has just an unfailingly positive attitude and always a smile on his face. The absolute nicest, sweetest guy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially after our run of surly contractors this year. I will never fail to recommend his company to anyone asking for a roofer. And we are already considering giving him the job of repairing or replacing our barn roof. Or new flat roof has a 10yr warranty (not offered by any other contractor) and my husband (also in construction) went up on the roof at the end of the day and was extremely pleased with the workmanship. (Pictures attached!) It is a huge relief to us that we were able to find a good, honest, communicative roofing contractor, and I highly, highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

He got back to me pronto, left me a stack of shingles, called to assure that I got them, and would accept no payment. As our replacement date was a few months away (our choice) Justin, their sales rep, without our prompting came and inspected an area of concern after a big Winter storm. He observed the area, saw it needed to be patched and did it without payment. Two weeks ago (our scheduled date), they came with a large crew, and an onsite project manager. Mike ran his crew expertly and happily answered all of my questions. The crew worked efficiently and diligently. They thoroughly cleaned our property of their work debris. They even came back twice to check for any nails left behind. The project manager, even took me to see two areas where he felt my downspouts were not draining properly and would eventually damage the corner pieces of wood, after they themselves replaced the wood. This action and advice was much appreciated. They went above and beyond and we are thrilled with their work, actually the whole experience and highly recommend, Hulton.
