I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

We have had other contractors in the past that have not been honest so working with Gray was a breath of fresh air. From the beginning of our project, he gave us a few options of how to go about fixing our basement bathroom. He was professional and realistic. His prices were also very fair. After much review we went with John Breuer. Our only contact was Dustin. We enjoyed his candor and straightforward advice. He offered all the options. Areas where we could consider saving some money, and areas where some additional money would add value. The numbers can get confusing with different contractors, but Dustin's estimate was more straightforward than some. In the end you have to go with your gut. Most of the project went pretty smoothly. Our township was unusually tough. Other neighbors confirmed. Maybe we wouldn't have had the stucco problems in the first place if they had looked as closely when the house was originally built. Most of the work was done within a month, but it was some of the finishing details that took some additional time. At no point did we feel ignored. Dustin kept us up to date. We had a lot done and I think the house was completed in a more timely fashion than some others. Additionally, during the process we had other contractors come to give estimates on various other items... like a new driveway. Each time we received unsolicited compliments on the quality of the work. That was nice to hear from people that know quality work when they see it. Also, the unsolicited compliments from others on the cosmetics were too numerous to count. The landscapers will be finishing up tomorrow and we can't wait for it all to be done. The house looks awesome. It can be scary to embark on a costly project like this. Throughout it all, Dustin and his crew were there. We would easily recommend them.

When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

I had water leaking from my roof down into my upstairs bathroom ceiling. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.
