The purchase of a new roof is a significant investment and should not be rushed and the appropriate due diligence of research and interviews should be applied. Also, depending where you are in your life, if you choose wisely, this should/maybe the last roof you need to purchase considering the quality of installation, product and warranty. After significant research and interviews I moved forward with Impriano. This decision was based on multiple factors: 1. I worked directly with Jack Impriano who is a son of the owner. a. His knowledge of the industry, products, installation, etc. exceeded my expectations as he could answer all questions asked and even made me aware of the questions I should be asking! b. Direct email and phone access to Jack who was very responsive 2. No pressure sales and flexible with terms of contract 3. They do have multiple brick and mortar locations/sales centers if interested in visiting but not required. 4. Choosing a shingle color can be daunting but not with Impriano. Jack made some recommendations, shared pictures of installs and even offered addresses for the specific shingles were considering to go see in person! This was one of the most important activities we did. My wife and I picked our "top 3" colors and upon seeing our #1 in person quickly changed our mind! Seeing a couple hundred feet of a shingle color is priceless to make the final decision! 5. Jack is also very honest. He visited my fathers house and shared with him that he had a couple years left before it needed to be replaced vs. trying to just sell another roof! This creates loyalty and trust! 6. Best in class 50-year warranty! 7. Pricing was on par with competitors and better than most! This is not a price decision ultimately as you get what you pay for! After executing the contract, I can share that Jack and the Impriano team's professionalism, responsiveness and engagement did not change which is so important. I had multiple activities including replacement/reinstall of solar panels, gutters, etc in which they were very flexible with. The installation was completed in less time then expected as their workers are not outsourced and true craftsman. Impriano leadership visited the site multiple times throughout the weekend and continued to answer any questions I had. After the team left, there was not a trace of remnant from the old roof or installation based on the thorough preparation and cleanup! Even the dumpster arrival/removal was timely and didn't stay on property for an unnecessary amount of time! If there is one complaint, I do have... it's the fact they do not offer other services besides windows, siding and roofing! They would be my go-to General Contractors if their services allowed such! Jack Impriano and the team remind me of a quote that summarizes who they are: "Leaders in innovation, quality, efficiency and Customer Satisfaction. Being known for doing the little things and big things well!" Thank you Jack & Team!

This review is long overdue for work we had done in October. We needed a contractor to turn a large…read morebedroom into 2 smaller bedrooms for our kids. We needed framing, sheetrock, electrical, trim and closets built. Joe was way more responsive than all other contractors and was very reasonable with costs. The price was exactly what he quoted us. (Another contractor was supposed to start before we found Joe and completely ghosted us around the start date.) Lou was the main guy who was here several days and he was great. We felt totally comfortable with him in our home. Our 4 year old son kept asking where Lou was after the project was completed. Lou worked around us when it came to hours that worked best for our family. Our kids love their bedrooms. And our 4 year old son finally sleeps in his own bed. We will be calling Joe when we are ready to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms.

DISASTER. Turn and run. We hired Joe for a large 203K project. We had problems from the very…read morebeginning: he was slow to start, kept changing his mind about the game plan, complained about the fact that he could get no money up front--terms of the 203K that he had of course agreed to--and pressured us to give him significant up-front money to "help him start". He instructed me in June of 2024 to rush to buy materials for a small bathroom that was still mostly unfinished in April of 2025; that kind of thing happened multiple times. His workers were inadequately supervised, and he was difficult to reach, often saying things like I'm at a kid's soccer game, out to dinner with my daughter, etc. The way that 203K's work is that HUD inspectors come out at regular intervals to make sure that adequate work has been done to make a draw from the total budget. Joe did a bunch of stuff merely to look busy to justify the first draw, in August: a slap-dash exterior paint job over crumbling paint that made a mess and did not hold, for instance. Between the first and the second draw, there was slow but meaningful progress--but by then we were 5 months into a job that we were told would take 4-6 months, and nowhere near done. During much of that 3-month interval he had just one guy working on our huge project, an electrician. After the second draw, in late November, he basically just stopped working on the house. We were making double housing payments the whole time, of course, so we panicked. We were almost out of money. After numerous calls and messages failed to get him to pick up the pace, at the urging of our lender, we scheduled a third draw, 3 months after the second one. At that draw, the HUD inspector certified that no work had been done, so no funds would be paid out. That's when we finally worked up the nerve to fire him. It was terrifying, because our lender told us that we would have trouble getting anyone to take on such a large project with only what was left in the budget after Joe depleted it. By the grace of God, we did find one. He swept in and got the job done in about 4 months. We finally moved in almost exactly one year after closing. Of course we had two mortgage payments the whole time. The work could have been finished within 6 months, or close to it, if we had found a great contractor like the one we found after we fired Mr. Depiano. Working with Mr. Depiano was harrowing. We were newbs at this, and therefore easy to fool. DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE.

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I think that Carlos is very educated with construction and/ or a genius about fixing things. Carlos explained why we had a leak in great detail thoroughly before he fixed the problem. We will hire Carlos in the future when we have another problem. He provided us with a written estimate before starting, and he is very thorough with his communication.
