    Excellent work by Supreme Roofing
    Mike A.

Using Supreme Roofing was a great experience. Noni and his team worked very hard to ensure I was happy each day. My small house has a not-uncomplicated roof and the team was able to do the big task in a timely manner. There was some custom work I wanted done to avoid more problems down the line and Noni was able to work with me to develop a plan and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Supreme Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done. Looking forward to a worry free roof for many years to come.

We live in an old farmhouse with a newer (1983) addition, and where the old roof meets the newer roof, for some reason, part of it was a flat roof. This flat part of the roof had leaked during major rainstorms about 2-3 times over the last 5 years. Our home warranty company repaired it every time and the repairs would last about 2 years. But earlier this year it leaked again, and our home warranty company advised us that this entire section of our roof needed to be replaced. The plywood underneath was rotten and, to make matters worse, the leak was funneling right down into our newly remodeled master bathroom. So I went to Yelp and reached out to a bunch of local roofing contractors for quotes. I provided pictures from the most recent repair. Some contractors never responded after that. Some said they would come by for quotes and never showed. But my experience with Supreme from the start was impressive, so they ended up getting the job. Noni responded to me via Yelp immediately after I reached out for a quote to say that he was leaving the country the very next day to go on vacation, but that he would be in touch as soon as he returned in a couple weeks. In those two weeks, I had two other roofers come by for estimates. One spent about 5 mins on my roof and sent me an estimate within an hour of leaving. When my husband and I read it, it didn't sound like much more than an elaborate patch job, so we set that one aside. The other roofer was so stumped by the problem that he felt like the best solution was to rip this flat part of the roof out entirely and reconstruct the pitch in this area, which meant he needed to get an architect involved. The potential cost of that freaked us out a little, but it sounded like the best possible solution. Despite following up with him several times, he never responded or provided an estimate. Just when I was losing hope and feeling like I needed to contact a whole new gaggle of roofers, Noni returned from vacation and called me. I had literally forgotten that he was going to call, and I probably would have reminded myself to contact him again when I went back into my Yelp account, but I was so impressed that he remembered to call me! He was up on my roof checking things out within a couple days. And he seemed stumped by the issue of the flat roof too (nobody seemed to understand why the builder chose to make this part of the roof flat), but he asked for a couple days to think through a good, long-lasting solution for us and provide an estimate. We had an estimate in hand the very next day that seemed like a solid, middle-of-the-road solution, with a price tag of less than $5,000. We read and reread this estimate and it really seemed like he would be addressing our issues and then some. He even found an issue with our flashing around our chimney that he offered to fix for us too! So great! Noni gets the job! Now we had to schedule it. Between his existing commitments and our end of summer vacation, and weather, we had to reschedule a couple times. This was not a problem, as Noni was extremely attentive and communicative throughout the process. He was scheduled to start the job the day before Ida came through, but the job he was trying to wrap up went longer than anticipated. When he told me he wasn't going to make it, I expressed concern (ok, I was freaking out) about the rain Ida was going to be bringing, and the already-failing recent repairs to my roof (it had leaked again while we were on vacation). Without hesitation, he offered to come and put a tarp on our roof to hold us over until the next week when they could get here. Well we all know how Ida turned out. Thank god he tarped my roof - and it held!! Not a single drop of water in my new bathroom!! The day after Labor Day, the stars finally aligned, and Noni and his crew were out here around 8am and went till about 6pm. Throughout the day he was communicating with us and keeping us in the loop and sending us pictures. Also, I have to add, he has just an unfailingly positive attitude and always a smile on his face. The absolute nicest, sweetest guy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially after our run of surly contractors this year. I will never fail to recommend his company to anyone asking for a roofer. And we are already considering giving him the job of repairing or replacing our barn roof. Or new flat roof has a 10yr warranty (not offered by any other contractor) and my husband (also in construction) went up on the roof at the end of the day and was extremely pleased with the workmanship. (Pictures attached!) It is a huge relief to us that we were able to find a good, honest, communicative roofing contractor, and I highly, highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

We went with BHC Roofing for total roof replacement. A leaking roof is your worst nightmare, but…read morethe whole experience of dealing with BHC roofing can't be smoother. From the back office to their actual project team, every step of the journey has been dealt with efficiency and professionalism. The team arrived at our house at 7 am and they were in the process of cleaning up by 11 am. During the process, there was minimum noise and they were very honest about the roof conditions in terms of what part of the decking needed to be replaced and what looked good. We've been dealing with different contractors in the past several years due to our moving around. BHC Roofing is definitely one of the better contractors. Highly recommended!

So when i saw their fleet of trucks decend on my street a few years back, efficiently and respectfully doing a neighbors roof, I decided I was going to jettison my old roofer and hire BHC. BHC is a very well run, responsive, personable, respectful, and conscientious business. They come when they say they will, do only what's needed, and provide fair value for their services. The workers are straight forward in their explanations, taking photo evidence of the roofing conditions to share with the home owner. They discuss what needs to be done right away and explain the options available, which is good to have if working with a budget. They follow up with reminders if the roof is coming due for maintainence which is a nice service. Outta sight, outta mind is human nature, so i appreciate the reminders for recoats, etc. The roof is not something to leave to chance, especially with the crazy weather experienced lately ( strong winds, hail, torrential rainfall, etc). I recently had a clogged downspout (from some tree debris) that was pooling water on the roof and BHC was out within a few days of my call. No job is too small when it comes to their customers. I sincerely appreciate that kind of respect and service. I am so glad I found BHC Roofing! They are a reliable, honest roofing company providing excellent work (at a fair price) which they stand behind. A joke: Q: How did the roofer get such good feedback on his roof installation? A: He nailed it. Thanks, BHC!

Tom reliably showed up to give an estimate for gutter work on the roof of my house. He gave a price…read moreof $5,000 to replace all gutters and guards, as well as to clean the downspouts. That seemed like a lot of money for a day's work, but I said 'So be it' to myself. He added that the price might be higher if he had to buy new wood and metal to do the job well. He then said that he would be 'hands-on' but, as soon as he dropped off his workers, he left the job and didn't come back. When he returned days later, he told me that I owed him another $2,200. When I balked at this, he got testy and, so, lowered the additional charge to $1,700 ('because I want to work for you again,' he said). I challenged him to itemize the extra costs. He said that the additional wood was $300 and the additional metal was $500. I asked what accounted for the other $900 that he was demanding. 'Additional labor costs,' was his answer. I pointed out that his initial price had to have included the laborers' pay for the day - and they finished the job before 5 pm. Tom started sulking; then he became irate: 'Just give me the $5,000 - forget the rest.' It was a good ploy. I felt sorry for him, so I wrote a check for $6,000 - not the $7,200 that he wanted nor the $6,700 that he then proffered as a compromise. A qualified professional, who knows my house, said that $5,000 for new gutters and general maintenance of the system was a very high but not completely unreasonable charge for the work. But Tom's demand for an additional $2,200, then $1,700, was, this professional said, outrageous: 'He saw that you willingly paid the $5,000, so he figured that he could extract another couple of thousand from you.' I liked Tom personally but regret paying him what I did. I urge, then, whomever might hire him to be strong in negotiating about the job - and not to give in to his emotional ploys to price gouge.
