    Excellent work by Supreme Roofing
    Mike A.

Using Supreme Roofing was a great experience. Noni and his team worked very hard to ensure I was happy each day. My small house has a not-uncomplicated roof and the team was able to do the big task in a timely manner. There was some custom work I wanted done to avoid more problems down the line and Noni was able to work with me to develop a plan and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Supreme Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done. Looking forward to a worry free roof for many years to come.

We live in an old farmhouse with a newer (1983) addition, and where the old roof meets the newer roof, for some reason, part of it was a flat roof. This flat part of the roof had leaked during major rainstorms about 2-3 times over the last 5 years. Our home warranty company repaired it every time and the repairs would last about 2 years. But earlier this year it leaked again, and our home warranty company advised us that this entire section of our roof needed to be replaced. The plywood underneath was rotten and, to make matters worse, the leak was funneling right down into our newly remodeled master bathroom. So I went to Yelp and reached out to a bunch of local roofing contractors for quotes. I provided pictures from the most recent repair. Some contractors never responded after that. Some said they would come by for quotes and never showed. But my experience with Supreme from the start was impressive, so they ended up getting the job. Noni responded to me via Yelp immediately after I reached out for a quote to say that he was leaving the country the very next day to go on vacation, but that he would be in touch as soon as he returned in a couple weeks. In those two weeks, I had two other roofers come by for estimates. One spent about 5 mins on my roof and sent me an estimate within an hour of leaving. When my husband and I read it, it didn't sound like much more than an elaborate patch job, so we set that one aside. The other roofer was so stumped by the problem that he felt like the best solution was to rip this flat part of the roof out entirely and reconstruct the pitch in this area, which meant he needed to get an architect involved. The potential cost of that freaked us out a little, but it sounded like the best possible solution. Despite following up with him several times, he never responded or provided an estimate. Just when I was losing hope and feeling like I needed to contact a whole new gaggle of roofers, Noni returned from vacation and called me. I had literally forgotten that he was going to call, and I probably would have reminded myself to contact him again when I went back into my Yelp account, but I was so impressed that he remembered to call me! He was up on my roof checking things out within a couple days. And he seemed stumped by the issue of the flat roof too (nobody seemed to understand why the builder chose to make this part of the roof flat), but he asked for a couple days to think through a good, long-lasting solution for us and provide an estimate. We had an estimate in hand the very next day that seemed like a solid, middle-of-the-road solution, with a price tag of less than $5,000. We read and reread this estimate and it really seemed like he would be addressing our issues and then some. He even found an issue with our flashing around our chimney that he offered to fix for us too! So great! Noni gets the job! Now we had to schedule it. Between his existing commitments and our end of summer vacation, and weather, we had to reschedule a couple times. This was not a problem, as Noni was extremely attentive and communicative throughout the process. He was scheduled to start the job the day before Ida came through, but the job he was trying to wrap up went longer than anticipated. When he told me he wasn't going to make it, I expressed concern (ok, I was freaking out) about the rain Ida was going to be bringing, and the already-failing recent repairs to my roof (it had leaked again while we were on vacation). Without hesitation, he offered to come and put a tarp on our roof to hold us over until the next week when they could get here. Well we all know how Ida turned out. Thank god he tarped my roof - and it held!! Not a single drop of water in my new bathroom!! The day after Labor Day, the stars finally aligned, and Noni and his crew were out here around 8am and went till about 6pm. Throughout the day he was communicating with us and keeping us in the loop and sending us pictures. Also, I have to add, he has just an unfailingly positive attitude and always a smile on his face. The absolute nicest, sweetest guy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially after our run of surly contractors this year. I will never fail to recommend his company to anyone asking for a roofer. And we are already considering giving him the job of repairing or replacing our barn roof. Or new flat roof has a 10yr warranty (not offered by any other contractor) and my husband (also in construction) went up on the roof at the end of the day and was extremely pleased with the workmanship. (Pictures attached!) It is a huge relief to us that we were able to find a good, honest, communicative roofing contractor, and I highly, highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to deal with your homeowners…read moreinsurance following a tree swiping the back of your house, let me give you some advice. Last March 2024, during an especially windy day a country club's tree came down and whacked the rear of my house, starting from the highest roof, ripping down wires and landed on my detached garage where it sat until PECO could make it safe. I initially gave the go ahead for my insurer, who I'll call SF, to send out a contractor to assess the damage. Well someone came out, slapped a tarp on the hole in the garage, but seemed dismissive of the house damage. And then I heard nothing for the longest time. So, getting concerned I called Impriano to get their opinion, as is my right, since I had a good experience with them 13 years ago with a new roof. Jack Impriano came out and did a very thorough inspection finding a lot more damage than SF's contractor did, including a split rafter in the garage roof. He looked at the plan for repair that the adjuster had drawn up finding it completely inadequate, so he drew up his own. He basically worked directly with the adjuster, all while updating me about what was going on. There were many problems such as the SF contractor sending the wrong information to SF that led them to believe the work was complete when nothing was repaired. The contractors invoice included pictures that wasn't even my property. Jack Impriano handled everything, everything is repaired/replaced, their crew came out in the most inhospitable weather and did an excellent job. You could tell how well done my 13 year old roof was when shingles were removed. It's amazing how nice our new roof and siding looks. It's peace of mind working with a company that takes pride in their work, and there's good reason they've been around for so long. I didn't realize they also handle windows which is on my to do list. I don't think I would trust anyone else. Thank you Jack and Ed and the rest of your hard working crew, including the office, you guys were great, can't thank you enough.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I called many companies for quotes. Some didn't return my calls at all. Some came five days after they said they would. Some gave me quotes that were terrifying. Some couldn't provide me a quote for the gutter AND roof on the same day. Brian from C&C came exactly when he was scheduled to, was able to get onto my roof with a ladder (not everyone did), show me pictures of the damage, talk through color options, and give me a quote on-the-spot. The quote was not only the best I received, but Brian came with more information (pamphlets, paperwork, real shingles, etc.) than any other company. He also told me that he'd be the project manager for the work, which made me happy. Everyone else that was sent from other companies was really only just there for the quote-phase of the process. I signed with him right away. I quickly learned that my nextdoor neighbor also signed-on to replace his roof. I knew I made the right decision, then, because he did not WANT to replace his roof! But in his words, "the price was too good to pass up" and "Brian meant business." About three weeks after signing a contract C&C arrived at 7 am on a Thursday with a whole crew of people. The men worked their asses off for over 13 straight hours in 90+ degree heat. Throughout the day I was paranoid that there would be a mess for me to clean up once they departed, but they did a really incredible job of cleaning up after themselves - especially when you consider what a disaster zone the area was during the day. Unfortunately we realized quickly after they departed that our AC unit had been damaged during the project. Most likely something heavy was tossed off the side of our roof and smashed into the corner of our intake unit, damaging the coils inside. I called Brian, explained the situation, texted him some photos, and he told me to get an estimate. I called Oliver and they told me that my unit needed to be replaced. The price they quoted me was kind of high, so Brian had Jason from Exact HVAC come take a look. Jason agreed with Oliver that I needed a new unit, but he could get C&C a better price. Three days later, Jason had installed my new AC unit. Even though some of my property was damaged during the course of the work, Brian handled the situation like a professional. He assured me that C&C would take care of the problem, and they did. I think how a company handles a mishap says a lot about them, and C&C demonstrated that they cared about making the client happy and whole. Overall I would still recommend and use C&C in the future. Their prices, communication, and dedication to leaving the place better than they found it was apparent at all stages of the job.
