He was very laid back, never engaged in high-pressure sales tactics, and was incredibly patient while I selected the correct shade of the downspout to match my shingles. They sent me progress photos and consulted me on decisions rather than making judgment calls I might not have agreed with. I needed to replace my roof and honestly didn't know where to begin. There were no problems with it, but it was 36 years old, and I knew I was on borrowed time. I needed siding repair. I solicited several estimates and selected Supreme for three important reasons. First, unlike a few other companies I was not pressured at all by this company as I collected my estimates. Second, they were informative, asked for pictures before coming out, and quoted a price on my small job after seeing the photos. Third thier proce was very reasonable and not inflated at all. On the day of the job they were communicative concerning arrival and when the job before mine took longer than anticipated they did not cancel or move my job to another day. They also treated my small job like it was a big job and paid attention to the tiniest details. I've thought about this company a bit while trying to figure out what sets them apart from others and the answer is painfully simple: the owner has integrity, treats others with respect, wants his company to grow and knows the best formula to grow it and ensure its longevity.He was part of every aspect of the job from scheduling to completion and I could not be happier. We found our electrician and HVAC on Yelp. Finding Supreme Roofing on Yelp is another win. Noni answered our call and in days he'd inspected and priced the roof. It was last done around 1985 and partly replaced in 1999. Noni told us to expect rotted plywood, but he could not know the extent. Noni updated us as Our Day approached. He was right---we had 19 sheets of bad plywood. His crew worked nonstop 7:30 to 6. Nobody played on their phones!! Noni texted pics from the roof with all the details we could not see. One crew member cleaned up All Day, packaging, moving tarps, magnet stick, sweeping, Amazing. Joe explained what they found and answered all our questions. We have our 1st ridge vent, roof cut, special venting strip and shingled so our attic will breathe. The chimney flashing over rough stone was tough and it looks great. Noni also replaced a run of bent gutter, one size larger. The GAF Timberline HD shingles look so nice. Without question Supreme Roofing is the best. Wish we had done it sooner! read more
