I let my gutters go way to long, it was time to make that call. The appointment was made, Ryan Lukens was sent out and he did an amazing job! I was afraid when he saw what he was dealing with he'd say! Are yo kidding? He was professional, kind, when I went out to tip him, the gutters were already, clean, fixed and he was gone. Just had my gutter cleaned and a gutter guard installed by Ryan & Rickie - very happy with the work they did and how professional they were. would not recommend this organization for gutter cleaning. Their primary business is installation of gutters and/or gutter shields. unfortunately I did not know that and significantly overpaid for substandard service. They left debris on my lawn and deck chairs. very good at try to sell the gutter shields. disappointing! read more

The time between when we contacted them and the work that was done was 2 days! we were so very happy with the job that was done. They cleaned all of our gutters.... even the ones on top of the house. the workers were ver professional and very friendly. Price was very reasonable!! Awful experience - Here are the highlights. - They didn't answer phone or online inquiry initially. I should have taken that as a sign to find another company but I didn't because they came recommended. - finally after speaking to someone, they explained they were understaffed and phone is ringing off the hook. They agreed to give me an estimate for a gutter tune-up. I was told I didn't need to be there for the estimate. I didn't think it would be an issue but apparently it was, because the estimator/owner of the company showed up at the wrong house and gave me an estimate for a gutter tune up for my neighbors house. - on the day they were scheduled to do the work they no-call no-showed. When I got ahold of someone at the shop they said they were understaffed and didn't know what happened but they failed to dispatch a tech to my house. i should have cancelled immediately and moved on. - finally they showed up at a later date to MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE and performed an unauthorized job i.e., removed their gutter guards permanently and tuned up their gutters. - then they tried to collect payment from me for the job on my neighbors house for $689+. i explained the situation and I was told by the owner of the company that this sort of thing happens all the time. - They decided to send 2 workers to my house to clean my gutters. I didn't need a gutter cleaning and never asked for a gutter cleaning. I simply wanted an estimate on a gutter tune up - which i never got. - i talked to the employee who cleaned my gutters on the phone and he said the gutters were fine and the gutter cleaning for my house would cost $190. He also told me that my neighbor instructed him to remove their gutter guards - which was a lie because my neighbor wasn't home and had no idea any of this happened until I told them. - i received a bill for $289 for a gutter cleaning I never needed. - then they tried to collect payment from me again. - I explained the situation to the owner who seemed like a reasonable guy. He emailed me pictures of my house to prove to me that they did the job - only problem was 75% of the pictures were not my house, looked like 3 different houses actually. - To resolve this, he told me he would personally come to my house, look at the job, and then knock on my neighbors door to resolve the issue of the removed gutter guards personally. - He didn't show up and never contacted my neighbors. He sent a guy who had no knowledge of the situation, needless to say I never heard another word from Owner. The guy he sent gave me a job estimate for the tuneup but at this time I was sick of having to deal with this company. - someone called me to collect the $289 a week or so later. I told them I wanted to talk to Brian because he never showed up to meet me or talk to my neighbors. I also wanted an explanation as to whether the $289 would be included in the cost of the tune-up if i paid it or if it would be an additional charge. She told me he was on another call and couldn't talk. - a week later, got a notice from a collection agency for $289 for a gutter cleaning I never needed, and never asked for. - awful experience, pretty shameful behavior. read more

We've used The Gutter Brothers team for several years and it seems that each of their visits is more impressive than the past! Ed and Rob came yesterday and completed a routine clean out for our 3-study home in about an hour! They were extremely professional - coming to our door before and after to introduce themselves. They cleaned up the residue and even blew away tree leaves that were on our steps and walkways when they arrived. This attention to detail assured me that the gutters above were immaculate. We had a leak in our basements that we think was caused by our gutters overflowing. I called Gutter Brothers they came within a couple days, cleaned and repaired our gutters very quickly at a very fare price. It stormed a couple days later and no leak in our basement. No sales pitch on needing new expensive gutters. They just came, got the job done and that was it. Definitely recommend them. read more

I have an enclosed porch on the back of my house. Whenever it would rain the rain from the gutters would overflow and leak into my porch. I had several contractors out but none of them seemed to be able to correct the problem. I gave Gutter Brothers a call. Brian came out and explained to me exactly what had to be done to correct the problem. They came out replaced the gutters and my porch is now bone dry. We called the gutter brothers after buyers requested new gutters on our home. They offered great pricing an quick service at a tough time of year (snow and ice storms). However in the days following the work I received numerous phone calls and calls that bordered on harassing about paying my bill. This began not even 24 hours fete the work was complete. I mailed payment within 72 hours and was still contacted repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend them based in this follow up experience. read more

Do not use them. I actually waited to write this review just to see if they would do the right thing and they did not. I was told they would come out on two Saturday's ago and that someone was working and no one ever showed. To make things worse I left a bunch of messages trying to find out where they were and to make sure no one would just show up. I never got a call back. Monday I was on vacation but still no call back and then finally got a call on Tuesday I got a voicemail telling me they would be there in one hour. I called the main office and told them I want to cancel and gave them my address and name and she said ok I will tell them. I said that is it and then told her I called you several time on Saturday you never showed and now it is Tuesday and you think its ok to not call someone back. The lady on the phone did not seem like she even cared. To make things worse the owner called me a left voicemail I tried to call him back last week and still heard nothing so I waited until after this weekend and here it is Tuesday again and they have yet to call me.
