Quick, professional and stand by their work. I had John and the team out to clean our gutters. They were on time, did the job, and cleaned up their mess. During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. J&M did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and we were also able to add on dryer vent cleaning. Our gutter dripped constantly over the front porch. Since they came and cleaned the gutters, we have not had any problems with water leaking and then freezing on the walkway. They were on time and very professional. First Review of 2021 and I'm so happy that it's a 5-star one for J&M Gutter Pros! I needed work on my gutters because after having my three-year-old gutters removed and reset during a "new" two-year-old roof job I discovered while hanging Christmas lights they were not pitched correctly. There was at least a 1/2 inch of water throughout and the corners dripped which just really irritated me to no end. It was why I had them replaced originally! I certainly did not want water damage to my house because of lousy gutters. After checking Yelp, I came across J&M Gutter Pros. They may have not had many reviews, but they were all 5-star and I liked that it was a family owned business that has been around a while. I contacted them via Yelp Messenger, and had a few back and forth messages about the job and I was even given exact pricing during our "conversations." I was happy that they were willing to install gutter guards that I had already previously purchased although they had their own available. Two J&M employees came earlier than our scheduled time, made quick work of the pitch problem, installed the gutter guards, and appropriately followed COVID-19 protocol. Although we had discussed about an additional downspout, they did not feel it would be necessary after the pitch correction which saved me money. I was also very happy that they did not try to have me believe that I'd have to replace the gutters instead of fixing the problem. Very honest company. To fix the problem of the pitch was only $100. The gutter guard installation for which I provided the parts was an additional $520 which was charged by the foot. With tax it came to about $670 for the almost three-hour job. They were very efficient! I highly recommend J&M Gutter Pros for your job. Thank you for being an honest company with no BS sales pitches for work I didn't need. We had them out to clean our gutters that were so clogged they had tiny trees growing in them. Our house is huge with multiple roof heights and they were able to get the job done quickly and well, for a much better price than we were quoted elsewhere. Because of the size of our house it ran about 15 minutes longer than they originally thought it would and they stopped work just to come let me know as I had somewhere to be, which was really courteous. I noticed that my gutters were overflowing with the the recent heavy rains in one specific section. Since I get my gutters cleaned 2x/year, I didn't believe the overrun was caused by a blockage. I called J & M to come look at the problem. I received a quick call back. The contractor showed up as scheduled. The contractor took the time to go up and check on the gutter which showed the hangers were gone and simply needed to re replaces. The other contractor I called quoted me a cost of over $900 and never went near the gutter. J&M was courteous, thorough and did the repair on the spot for a fraction of the other estimate.
