Everything was easy, convenient, timely, and well communicated from the first conversation through installation. We had our front entry door replaced, along with our garage entry door and a new screen/storm door. Bryan took the time to walk us through the different options, helped us get the look we wanted, and worked with the manufacturer when we had specific requests around the front door and trim. Bryan and his team were excellent every step of the way. The installation was professional, the finished work looks great, and the difference in our home was noticeable almost immediately. The house is quieter, the doors seal significantly better, and we can already feel the improvement in keeping the cool air inside and the hot air outside. We asked a lot of questions and really thought we were getting a good product. We were promised our flooring would be durable and a hard grade floor. The flooring they sold was horrible from day one. It fell apart shortly after we got it. They blamed it on wear and on my dogs. They even sent an inspector to the house. The inspector blamed my dogs and wear over time. The floor fell apart in the first 6 months. We didn't even have our dogs then, and it fell apart in areas we didn't walk on! Plus, it was their inspector which we felt was totally in favor of Tom Adams and biased. The report came back that my dogs and wear were the cause of this. Totally preposterous! We must have replace hundreds of planks over the years. It couldn't be wear, especially since the planks weren't the same as the ones that were originally installed. We were told it was going to be a very durable wood floor, good for dogs, foot traffic, etc, and not soft grade. We got the total opposite! We can't resurface them or stain them, they would totally fall apart. Tom Adams kept replacing planks and the same thing continued to happen. Tom Adams would not take responsibility or would the manufacturer. They stopped using the manufacturer knowing these problems with Chesapeake flooring. We just kept getting the run around. The warranty meant nothing, because no one would make good on it or take responsibility. We even showed Tom Adams the bad reviews regarding the company's floors. The reviews stated that the same thing was happening to others. They had knowledge that these were horrible wood floors. We would have been better off with LVP or manufactured wood. The flooring that was in our house originally was there for 25 years with out a scratch and had plenty of wear. They were just older and thinner and we wanted a thicker plank that was more modern. Had we known what we were getting or dealing with we never would have gotten new flooring. After all the calling and replacing 70 or more planks every 6 months, Tom Adams still would not replace the floor that cost thousands of dollars. To the consumer, research floors before you buy and make sure that you use a company that is knowledgeable and that the salesman they hire know all about the flooring they are selling. Read reviews on the floors and carpets. We're so disappointed with our experience with Tom Adams. We now have floors that Tom Adams will not make good on, and are falling apart. They said, we could replace them at cost. Seriously! We paid thousands of dollars and shouldn't have to replace them in 8 years. Not to mention this has been on going since 6 months after they were installed.They look horrible and we're stuck with splintering wood floors with filler that comes out. Not the quality we paid for at all! Do your research and use another company. We would advise everyone to not use Tom Adams in the future.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

Because of this they gained my confidence soon after they started the project. The job is now finished, they did a fantastic job, this is from someone who is a perfectionist. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job.
