Our salesman followed up and returned all calls/emails immediately, even after the job was finished. The installation went seamless. One little mechanical issue was resolved quickly. The crew was friendly and did a good. Arrived as scheduled and didn't dillydally. Cleaned up the area after the job was finished. We love the windows and the price was much better than the competitors. Home is much quieter and those days we experienced high temps the house maintained its cooler temp most of the day. we ordered carpet from Tom Adams, churchville, Pa and they sent these guys out to our house to install it who didn't have any idea what they were doing! No wall protection and they had no booties for their dirty work boots! I just spent 3000 dollars on a painter, and told the carpet guys that, and to be carefu! they marked up my walls and chipped the paint in the room plus got glue on the new carpet! They refuse to rectify the situation because we signed a contract! That doesn't mean they can beat the hell out my walls just because there was a contract! This is unbelievable!!!! they don't care and are ignoring us!! We spent over 1000 Dollars on carpet for 1 small room and they don't care! 2 years ago, we went looking for a new door for our home at Tom's Adams, at the Doylestown location. where we had bought new windows for an addition a couple of years earlier. Although we did not buy the door there we did buy new flooring for our family room and 4 bedrooms. John Ginty was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw flooring at Tom Adams and just assumed that it would be less expensive from the big box stores, specifically Home Depot and Lowe's where we have bought from previously. Much to our surprise, the prices were less apples to apples and we decided to give Tom Adams a try. It was the best decision ever. Our family room and bedrooms all turned out beautifully. Our salesperson, John helped us make smart choices knowing that we were planning to sell our home the following year. I liked John because he was pleasant, not high pressure but very informational. He was also very patient. Last year we sold our home and almost all of the people that showed for our open house commented on our beautiful floors which was under contract the following day. I booked an appointment that was initially reschauled to the following week.I took the time off work and waited for them to arrive. 10 minutes after my appointment time they called to say Pat would be 10-15 mins late. 35 minutes after my appointmen time they still hadn't shown up. We finally got around to replace our 20 year old front door that was damaged during a UPS delivery. We shopped around the typical hardware box stores and for the costs, we were not impressed. A quick search on the internet guided us to Tom Adams. We called to make an appoinment and met Ken Lange. By reviewing their website before hand, we already had a budget and idea of what we wanted in the ProVia line of doors. After sitting with Ken, he advised us that what we "wanted" far exceeded our "budget". He guided us professionally explaining the pro's and cons of each type of door that made sense to us and our wallet. We settled on a mid-range door that provided close to the same level of security, energy efficiiency and curb appeal but also within our budget. We snagged one or two vendor rebates and after deciding on a payment plan was able to get a discount from Tom Adams. Within a day or two, the Install team (Bernard) came to measure our door opening, exlplained what they will do and how they will make sure its a good fit. Due to the pandemic, the delivery and installtion date changed a few times. From early August to late September and finally settled on late August. We were plesently surprised when we got that Installtion date confirmed. Bernard and his partner Leriche arrived on time and started immediately. During the install process, Bernard discussed some issues with the squaring of the entry way. Because the house over time had settled, the opening was slightly slanted and angled outward at the top. He explained his mitigation strategy and ensured us the door will fit and seal properly. They did a GREAT job. The door closes snuggly, has no gaps and looks beautiful. In the end, it took Tom Adam's and their installer 7 visits to finally install the correct windows. They brought incorrectly sized windows the first 6 tries. That's 7 days off work because they couldn't properly measure the windows THAT THEY INITIALLY INSTALLED. This was much more than a warranty issue. This was incompetence. read more

Excessive charges on repairs. Nasty individuals. Look elsewhere. They may respond that they quoted me a price that I agreed upon. However, after completing the quoted job, they "discovered" additional parts and work needed to be done. $400 became $1300 to get the job done correctly. read more
