ErinKeister came to measure and help us solve many issues from base boards to the use of plinths to bring different widths of baseboards together. She too helped us visualize what we needed to do. She gave us great advice, and patiently explained and re explained issues. Victor and Solis did an efficient job laying the tile, saving the old baseboards and cleaning up. Carpet selection is great and pricing in fairly reasonable. However, installation and customer service is a disaster. I had carpet ordered that was measured short. This leaves me with a totally unusable for two weeks until new carpet comes in. When I requested some sort of credit for the error, I was given a long runaround and constantly passed off to different people in different departments. Not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other places in the area that are just as good. read more

Fabulous customer service with Jennifer. A no pressure sale. She located a sample of the floor that I was able to take with me. She coordinated the appointment for measuring our condo for exact costs of the flooring. I wanted the LVT glued down. She did not try to convince me to use the click connecting floating system as every other flooring company tried. The installation crew was fabulous. They ripped out the old rugs, padding and wooden connecting strips; and discarded off site. The concrete floor was leveled, scraped and prepared to receive the glue. After drying and the tile acclimating to the condo, the glue and tiling began - a total transformation! 12 year guarantee on the product and installation. read more
