There were areas that were not polished properly and the area around the sink was clearly damaged and filled in with resign, and looked awful. They had sent a couple of workers to try and correct it, didn't go well. The second time they sent workers I requested a manager to come out. We didn't want them to remove the countertop for fear of them damaging the New Cabinets. Although they did attempt to correct it, it was not accomplished. Again, the countertop should never have been sent for installation. Quality control is missing.

If asked, they will advise you of any evident flaws they see in a particular slab you might be interested in. If you don't find just what you are looking for in Phila, MSI also has a (I assume larger) facility in Edison NJ. MSI is the supplier of stone for many of the stone fabricators in and around Philadelphia, so you might as well go here first for the best selection. You can use their web page to look through actual photos of most of the slabs they have in stock, and the photos are clearer than most of the similar photo websites that other stone providers have. I am an actual customer, who has visited 5 other large stone suppliers, and this place is the best I've found.

We have to agree. I went to other places that did not have the selection MSI has. Not only that, but the sales people were warm and friendly and very helpful and informative. The only thing they couldn't do was give us a quote for the price of the stone slabs we liked, so we could tell if we were within our budget or not. Your fabricator is the one who gives you the price for the slabs. Our customer service representative at MSI made sure she/they got our fabricator the information they needed in a timely fashion. We worked with Melissa, who was absolutely amazing!! We felt she had our backs for holding the slabs we chose for us while we got our pricing and made our final decision. We came back to see our selections, and she was able to have someone move the slabs o be able to see all three slabs we were choosing, so there would be no surprises when they arrived at our fabricator. All in all, even though the drive was almost 4 hours each way, it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I would highly recommend MSI Surfaces in Hatboro PA to anyone interested in selecting natural stone or quartz. They also have a huge showroom of tile and flooring to choose from to go with your countertop selections.

I stopped at…read moreanother ACE store down the road on Welsh Road and I saw the same exact product for $1.00 Less for $15.99. Since it was at 6 p.m. and the store was already closed, I went back the next day and asked that they refund me the $2.00 difference, which they refused. Happily I returned them back to the store and went and bought them at the other ace store. This time I bought five extra bags for all of my neighbors. Beware of this greedy place. Stay away from this ACE store and shop somewhere else. Management stinks.
