Long story short, this has pushed everything else we have scheduled on our remodel back a week and a half because that is the soonest they can get us the cabinet that THEY messed up ordering. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced, especially when it was completely the companies fault. No help at all, not even an apology. For this reason I would go to one of the many other cabinet stores. My 5 stars is based solely on sales representative and ordering process.
