We were looking to have our unfinished basement turned into an additional sitting room with a half bath, and of all the contractors we met with, Mark was the only one who provided a very clear plan and had confidence that he could meet all of our needs. Then, as time went on and we were planning on having him start work, we found mark to be extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions or followups we had - this is actually a rare quality. So, again, we felt good about this. When Make and his crew showed up on time to start work, they were all friendly, and seemed respectful of our home and of the fact that we work from home while they were in the basement doing work. The whole crew seemed like good people and they all provided quality work. They all showed up on time every day, and when the work was done - they made sure to clean up properly. They were efficient: I asked mark on day 1 how long he expected the job to take. He estimated three weeks. They got the work done in 1.5 weeks. That was yet another really good thing to see. Finally - the finished basement looks and feels amazing. The drywalls, the lights, the bathroom, the flooring, everything just feels so professionally done. Can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. Great response time, quick and accurate estimate, and a huge help through the entire process. We hired Mark to turn two bedrooms and a sitting room into our master suite with a full bathroom en suite, along with a walk through closet. Mark gave us exactly what we wanted and then some at a fair price. Adding a full bath where there wasnt plumbing was no simple task but Mark understood what we wanted and executed a plan to get it done, and get it done by the time we were ready to move in! He helped us with permits, laying out the spaces, and with his suggestion of going just a little smaller on our shower (which still wound up being huge) we were able to get the upstairs laundry that we had wanted. He was incredibly helpful at every step of the way and was able to explain things in ways we were able to understand. Great communication, great response time, and really does great work.
