*UPDATE* We received our cabinet delivery. We received one incorrect cabinet (through a mistake they made). Since then their costumer service is HORRENDOUS. To the point that they would not expedite the cabinet that we needed (that THEY messed up), would not provide any discount and actually went as far as wanting us to pay to have the correct one shipped to us. The saga continued with the regional manager lying saying he would refund us the original shipping charge, but did not communicate that to the employee we were working with at this store. Long story short, this has pushed everything else we have scheduled on our remodel back a week and a half because that is the soonest they can get us the cabinet that THEY messed up ordering. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced, especially when it was completely the companies fault. No help at all, not even an apology. For this reason I would go to one of the many other cabinet stores. My 5 stars is based solely on sales representative and ordering process. I will come back and update after install on quality of cabinets etc. The sales representative Mary Jane has been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable through our whole ordering/layout process. We met with her on multiple occasions, emails, etc. and she was always very responsive and helpful in all areas of the process. She deserved the 5 star review. I had a great experience with Cabinets to Go. I had a smaller project but still needed a lot of help with making my vision come to life. Nick helped me multiple times with drawings and correcting the drawings when I had to tweek things here and there. My contractor who installed the cabinets and butcher block said this was the nicest butcher block he has ever installed. He even commented how nice the cabinets were too! I would not recommend Cabinets to Go to purchase cabinets. We ordered our cabinets from the Willow Grove store and the cabinets did not arrive on time due to a "system glitch". Several cabinets arrived with broken cam locks, when I contacted the store I was told to call customer care. I was told cam locks were on back order so therefore we could not build the cabinets. Other cabinets had broken screws and side panels, customer support was not helpful. I have broken drawer glides and again I was told they are on back order with no ETA available. I ordered the cabinets in February and my kitchen is still not done due to poor customer service. I ordered 2 decorative end panels which were supposed to arrive today and again I was told there is a "system glitch". Cabinets to Go may want to work with their IT department as they seem to have many IT issues! I would like my drawer glides and decorative end panels to arrive as promised. Multiple emails sent to customer care, requested a call from a manager without a response. Again, I would highly recommend ordering cabinets from another cabinet company. read more

We just completed a kitchen remodel. We could not be happier with the quality and look of our gorgeous new cabinets. My husband is very selective about quality and these cabinets are really really nice. If you are somewhat handy and can put the equivalent of ikea furniture together. Except it's MUCH nicer quality. Shawn was polite, professional, and creative about some of our space challenges. We could not be happier with the final result of the kitchen and would go back there again. Also, we saved about $3500 by using them instead of cliq studios, ikea, or others. Which was awesome! read more

We went to Cabinets to Go based on a recommendation from a family friend who deals with them regularly for his business. Dylan, at willow Grove, was extremely helpful and professional and walked us through the process. (I would give Dylan, 4 stars.) After deliberation between this company and AAA Kitchen (in the Northeast), we decided we wanted to use Cabinets to Go for our new kitchen, because they offered installation by one of their trusted contractors. And that is where our positive experience disintegrated. The contractors, albeit friendly, did not complete the job in a professional manner. We had the cabinets installed at the end of May (2021). The best way to describe this job is: quick and dirty. The list of grievances is endless; I wouldn't even know where to begin. Maybe I'll start at the fact that they never properly secured my island and when the granite was installed it was uneven and posed a danger, since it could slide off of the cabinet base. We were not able to use this space until the contractors came back to secure the actual island to the floor (which should have been done immediately). When installing a cabinet I watched them drill multiple holes in my actual cabinet in order to find the studs in the walls. Then they just filled in the myriad of holes, in my brand new cabinet, with putty. I have no idea why professional contractors would not use a stud finder to locate studs before drilling holes in the cabinet. I have had to tune up several doors, since they don't close evenly. I've had to repair two drawer, because they just pulled out of their tracks as I was opening them. Needless to say, I could go on and on. The experience stresses me out, to this day, 4 months later. This is a national company that supposedly prides itself in professionalism and quality, however, they delegate the installation of their products to contractors who are far from skilled professionals. If I could give this company a zero I would. Do not trust a word this company says. They have an F rating with the better business bureau as a company for a reason! They damaged our cabinets, damaged our table, our plumbing, and more. They told us the installers were fully insured under the company and yet when we complained and demanded the other half of our deposit back they ignored us! The installers are part-timers who work for them as a side gig, not polished professionals. I contacted the corporate office to let them know how horrible we were treated and no one returned our call despite multiple promises someone would be in touch. BEWARE!!! The product is fine - not high end but perfect for what we were looking for. The customer service on the other hand is atrocious. We spoke with Dylan multiple times for items that were on backorder & additional pieces that needed to be ordered later & a) he never returned phone calls when he said he would (ie after checking the status) & b) told us items would be in & we drove 30 min to pick the items up only to be told Dylan was on vacation & never ordered the items. I have purchased several kitchens from this Willow Grove location but plan to never do so again. Dylan was great and designed a nice kitchen but lost our last few pieces and had to reorder them. Its been 18months and still dont have a finished kitchen. Embarrassing when family and friends are over. I tried to get help from corporate (Wyess) and he said he could help but quickly stopped responding to my calls and redundant emails. Some of the cabinets were scratched badly out of the box and I haven't even tried to bring that up yet. I put those in the corner where you cant see them and hoped that Id get them to take care of it at a later date. Nick said to call there help number but so far no help there either. What a surprise...Ben was totally knowledgeable regarding the products offered and has been able to help us at every turn. We have changed our plan 4 times and despite the fact that we are doing it again, Ben has become an asset in the process, with a smile. We are planning on remodeling our kitchen. We went to two other cabinet places. One was inexpensive and one was too expensive. We went to cabinets to go to see what they had to offer. I was very impressed with their customer service! We met with Ben. Before even sitting with us he educated us on what they had to offer. Things I was not educated on at either of the other two places. The cabinets are not particle board, no veneer, the rails are underneath, dovetail drawers... important details that I never considered before. Ben told us his price would be somewhere between the two places that we visited prior. He was right, but closer to the affordable price than I expected. There was no pressure. Starts out great and then quickly goes down hill. The spice rack assembly was missing but they sent a spice rack insert; trash can assembly missing, crown molding was wrong, corner cabinet was damaged 3xs which resulted in the 3rd time we had drive 3 hrs. to the store, and our counter top edge was totally wrong!!! after having to wait 4 weeks because someone forgot to place the order. We were told that we would get a $150. credit for the 3) 3hour rides for their mistakes; but the other day, we called and were told there was no manager to okay that and basically, go pound sand...... If you want everything to go wrong with this company, I definitely would use them. read more

Purchased cabinets in June 2021. The cabinets are fine but the customer service at the Willow Grove location is terrible! Dillion ordered a wrong size cabinet for our kitchen. We decided to keep the cabinet for our laundry room. Had Dillion order us the correct size. We also decided to change the door pulls and asked him to order 17 door pulls. Took him 2 weeks to place the order. Which should have been done that day! I picked up the cabinet which was the correct size. All the door pulls were wrong. That was 2 weeks ago he will not return my calls and the other sales people tell me he's working on it. It should have been corrected the day I was there. I should have looked at the reviews before going to this location. Dillion has other bad reviews! The store manager is useless! read more

The cabinets seem good so far. Customer care is terrible. One of the cabinets arrived damaged, and I called customer care on 8/11/22 to begin the replacement process. The process was slow, and the service was poor. Mistakes were made throughout the process, and the impact resulted in additional costs for me. CTG committed to providing a replacement within 7-10 days and did not deliver. I was not provided an ETA for the broken item, nor was there an option to expedite the shipping, nor do they keep local "stores" stocked with items that normally break in transit. On 8/18/22, I spoke with two supervisors of CTG about this issue. I was told the item would be delivered to the store by Friday (8/19) or Friday (8/26). On 8/19/22, a rep of CTG emailed me that the item would arrive at the store on 8/23/22. On 8/23/22, a representative of CTG called and emailed to notify me that the item was delayed until 8/25/22. On 8/25/22, I was notified three times that the item had arrived at the store. On 8/26/22, I went to pick it up at the store, and the item was not there. It was listed on the packing slip but was not on the truck. The store rep told me it would arrive the following week and that he would report it. I immediately emailed the customer care representative that it had not come to the store. During the week of 8/29/22, I reached out several times to CTG and received no response. Finally, on 9/2/22, CTG called to begin a new replacement process. I had to e-sign another DocuSign and was told it would be another two weeks to the store for pickup. Customer service was infuriatingly rude. My project was delayed a month, and I incurred additional contractor fees and more costs in food delivery. read more

We ordered cabinets for our laundry room. Shawn was the gentleman who helped us and he could not have been better to work with. He was patient through our changes and had a wealth of knowledge that exceeded any person we talked to elsewhere. The cabinets were ordered and ready for pickup in a week or two. Without even adding words to this review you can come to your own conclusion by just reading this: We walked in Memorial Day Wknd. Cabinets ordered on June 8th. It is now July 31st and we are still waiting to hear about cancelling our counter top order and waiting for them to ship three damaged parts. No company should be this incompetent. If you need more details: The initial experience was good when they want your money but if you have an issue don't hold your breath. We asked for Ryan the regional manager to call us and we are still waiting after 3 requests. suggestions: 1. Don't go get quotes because they will not match them. 2. Make sure each credit card transaction is scrutinized because we had two that they won't discuss with us or. 3. Don't think you will get customer service issues resolved because from top to bottom they have no accountability. While I admit that I did talk over one sales associate and one store manager but after almost three months of waiting for the order to be fulfilled you have to understand my frustration but what I won't tolerate is the lack of business ethics for the store manager to allow a sales agent to leave the store without helping it's customer. And funny thing. The store manager wasn't even trained to deal with returns yet so I am still waiting to hear back from them. Tieara actually had the nerve to say she would report me for just talking over her. I was frustrated but I never used a foul word or used any type of wording that would even remotely be considered grounds for a sales associate to be able to walk out of the store without helping the customer. The list of complaints could go on and on but the bottom line is for some reason they got rid of all the knowledgable sales rep and the ones that are left don't really know what it is to handle an issue because they have no accountability. 4. Ok one last issue. so tieara blamed my wife and I for ordering two different hardware (which I guess some people do do that) but isn't it supposed to be your job to get the number of hardware correct? Also throughout the design another designer had to help her with the program and come to find out from our contractor that she sold us a regular base cabinet instead of base cabinet for a sink even when we told her what we were trying to do. This is my first review ever for anything so the moral of this story is if you want good customer service from management down I would try other places that care about their customers and have properly trained store managers and regional managers that should return a call. read more

Let me say up front: The cabinets are wonderful--solid, high quality, well built and lovely. We are very pleased with them. We got a broken piece and had to call the national customer service and they were responsive, polite, and provided fast efficient service. The Willow Grove people were friendly, informal, and, well, not terribly helpful for folks who'd never done a kitchen before and didn't know what to expect. Tiarah is highly professional and responsive, she patiently walked us through the design; Shawn is funny and friendly. However, we hit numerous bumps in the road though that could have been avoided with clearer information up front. If, like us, you are new to remodeling and drawn to CtG by the quality cabinets and price, here are some things to keep in mind: 1. You are best off having the cabinets in hand and assembled before the scheduled start date for your project. That can be tricky. 2. The cabinets are "to go" meaning in boxes unassembled. You have to decide up front who will deliver them and who will assemble them​. There are added costs for each of those that are not reflected in​ your sales order. Get that straight from the get-go. 3. The local outlet gets deliveries from the company once a week. Ask which day, build in delivery and assembly, and plan start date forward from there. 4. Be aware your order may not be complete. If it is not you have to wait another week for the rest of it to trickle in. 5. Assembly is delegated to a third party. CtG Willow Grove did not take ownership of that. The team they suggested was excellent, however. Be warned that you may still have more "Oh, you also wanted that?" moments. Assembly cost may be based on the number of cabinets but assembling extras like the trash-can unit or pull out trays may be extra, for example. 6. Double check your measurements before you finalize the order. That is on you. They don't come out to measure, they trust you've done your homework. We overlooked a glaring error, had to re-order a different size, and had to eat the cost of the larger cabinet because it was out of box and assembled. 7. Be sure to order plenty of wall-space and trim. No house is exactly level and even. Surprises will occur. They were, however, response to each of my "Oh, you also wanted that" moments and "we didn't get a part" moments. Eventually,​ the pieces fell into place and we're pleased with the results but the experience was more confusing than it needed to be. read more

I don't even know where to start . We were told a 2 week delivery -only to find out they don't deliver the day AFTER a holiday OR Saturdays and I was given a & Hour window once I finally got the date .I was assured I would get a call 30 min before the delivery (since my husband works close to home). The driver showed up before the window and called from around the corner - he basically threated to leave if no one was there . The cabinets were from 2 different manufacturers and different shades for the same island so we called . The manager finally called me back and treated me like I was making it up until she found out that they switched manufacturers . We called customer service and it takes a whole day to get back to you - after 3 days of back and forth they said they would ship it out - wit for this _ I didn't get it till the week of Dec 5th .. and I got the same 7 hour window for delivery ... and to make it worse I could not get counter tops till this island was in . Week of Dec 18th and I still do not have a completed kitchen Not even a call from the Manager -Is all OK ? Return my delivery fee - ANYTHING ????? High Level Summary: No itemized sales contract; No communication; Installer had to tell me about extra fees that sales person didn't disclose; Customer Service is nil; Additional costs are unreasonable; Nobody is on the same page. Contractor is independent but money goes through Cabinets To Go, and you cannot trust them. Nightmare process! Initial process was easy. Design system most helpful and clearly showed alternative layouts. Never heard back from the sales person I was working with. When I called back, that person was gone and started with somebody new. Picked a layout and received a price quote. The quote was not itemized - just a dollar amount of $2600. I questioned what the final would be, and from that conversation, I understood that only additional cost would be for any additional work that I requested beyond what was on the drawing. I paid for the measuring, about $100, and when the contractor measured, the subject came up that there were additional costs for things such as shims. This is ridiculous, because you would expect it to be included with installation. Went back to store and was told that installation would be $1531. No additional costs for delivery were ever mentioned. I questioned that the installer said that the one cabinet had to be cut down and there was an additional charge of $280 to make the cabinet fit, since they did not carry the size needed. The store manager stated that was my responsibility. The sales person said it was included in the $1531. The installer said it was never included. I asked for an itemized receipt of what was included with the $1531 since it seems unwarranted to pay a $280 alteration charge on a $200 cabinet. I never received an itemized bill. Then the installer called to set up installation for Dec. 2. He asked if I had already given them the money for the installation. I said no, I would expect to pay it when the work was complete. They stalled for three weeks and then I was told that I had to pay in full, up front, or it would not be installed. My concern was that I was left with no protection if things weren't right, but Cabinets To Go stated that they would withhold half the contractor's money until I was satisfied with the completion of the project. On Feb. 1, contractor called to set date for installation and wanted to know who was picking up the cabinets. When I stated that he was doing the installation so obviously it was him, he stated - no. Picking up the cabinets would be a separate fee, and he did not know how much. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS. I went to the story and was told that it would cost me an additional $293 for someone to pick up the cabinets. The store manager stated that this had all been disclosed, previously, and couldn't understand why I didn't know what was going on. I asked for a copy of anything that I had authorized. They had no copy. I asked the sales person to show me a copy of anything she had given me stating there were additional fees, and there was nothing. What I had received was a sheet stating the $1531 installation fee with no breakdown of the costs. When I had previously spoken to the sales manager, and he demanded the $1531, he never mentioned an additional delivery cost for the cabinets, which had been in their warehouse for approximately four months. Conclusion: Cabinets To Go needs to hire professionals who understand customer service and know how to react and head off issues. Their sales people seem to be well-trained in computer design and this is the main reason I was doing business with them. Never again. And will be sure to discuss my experience with anyone remodeling a kitchen. read more

This company has the right name. Cabinets To Go.....and the company needs "To Go". I have been a very unsatisfied customer since the start. I have tried several times to work with them, but they are too busy to want to make me a satisfied customer, not to mention I got several attitudes during this timeframe. At the tune of spending $5,000 paid in full on the day of purchase, I received a granite countertop that was chipped and needed to be "repaired". I went without water for over a month as the water had been disconnected. I have a sick person at home and we had to eat dinner out every evening because my kitchen was in a state of chaos. Also, Ben never heard of hinge restrictors where the cabinets do not hit the appliances, but he has been doing cabinets for over 30 years according to what he told me. My cabinets rub against each other and were not checked upon completion of installation. It has been a disaster to say the least. I want a REFUND!!!!!!!! read more
