The fringe was completely dried out and the rug was beginning to unravel. We decided to bind the rug and the work to accomplish that--all by hand--was amazing! The rug looks fabulous! The owner, also very knowledgable, was the one who came to measure the house timely, as agreed upon. Their pricing was also very competitive. So i ordered all the different carpeting and it came in as promised and was timely installed. And here is the reason why i did not give the highest rating, even though my experience at every level was very good with this shop...the owner's son installed all the carpeting; rooms and 3 level stairs. The installation is not as high qulaity as i expected and had experience with previously. I had to call them out to restrech the carpets since it buckled in one week. I also now notice on the stairs the carpets not finished well, where it looks cut into at the corners...looks very unprofessionally done. But they were responsive and came out to fix work. Upon my experience, my children ordered carpets from them and had no issues at all, all the carpets were installed correctly at their house.
