It's 2025! we received great service and guidance from Meg!! She is a walking encyclopedia of all the options available and we could not have done our 2.5 bathrooms without her expertise. You have to book an appointment because it can easily take 1-1.5 hours each visit to go through all the options, figure out what follow up measurements are needed, confirmation with contractor etc before placing the order. And she needs time to log all the items for our purchase order. She was patient, helpful and thorough because she wanted to make sure we would be happy with our bathrooms and has the experience to call out what to focus on off the top of her head. And pricing is good - better than online and big box stores - and she didn't want me to blow budget which is appreciated. Customer service severely lacking. Very unpleasant place to deal with. There are lovely samples on display- without names, so that you have to have a salesperson help you, just to find out what model you are looking at. You can take pictures and then go home and spend hours on the web figuring it out. To get sales help, you have to have an appointment to get any information, however, good luck getting one. They don't return phone calls. Go in in person to make an appointment, they are pretty unfriendly and seem almost annoyed that you want one . As someone else here pointed out, then it's take it or leave the date offered. Even the person who directs calls to the correct voice mail sounds put upon. One has to wonder about what's wrong with the company that the staff sounds so out of sorts. There are much better places to go, where the staff is friendly and happy to help you- without an appt. read more

He was so accommodating to our needs and concerns. Gerry ordered sample after sample just to get the right shade of cabinetry for us. He went over and beyond to help us have a pleasant experience when this can be an overwhelming process. If something didn't look right in the kitchen design we chose Gerry addressed each concern with compassion and patience. He truly was so lovely to work with. I shop here because the professional waiting on me are experience plumbing folks that answer all my questions. I made an appointment in advance. I highly recommend doing such to get individual time. I was treated with respect and my needs and budget were heard and taken into consideration. I appreciate the honesty and recommendations by my sales advisor Holly. The quality speaks volumes of their products. I'll never by plumbing from a Depot store again that uses cheap plastic. Don't go here if you want to upgraded you parts from Lowe's or Home Depot. this store is incredible arrogant. We had made a purchase from a very nice sales lady who is not with them anymore her name was Lauren. She has now left the company. To tell you the truth I don't blame her. We had bought most of our new bathroom from Weinstein's Plumbing. We had our own contractor. We wanted to get some parts and cabinets that were of better quality than the big box stores. Mostly everything went ok until we went to install the second sink. The second sink was about three inches from the top of the vanity when it slip out of the contractors hands. It is a very tight space between the wall and the cabinet so he was trying to let go slowly when it slipped. The sink broke in two. I was very surprised that the sink broke that easily. I mean it split clear across the top about where the portion that sits against the wall to the portion that sits on the vanity. As most people would say that the sink arrived like that. We did not want to lie. We approached Weinstein's about needed another sink but also asked for some kind of discount. They said they would order the sink right away. We supplied them with a picture. We called them for months spoke to Heather and Tracey. Meantime our bathroom remains unfinished. Every time we called they would say Covid. When we called we talked to Heather and Tracey and the manager Adam. I got tired of waiting and call the manufacturer myself. To my surprise the manufacture told me that they sink was not order until the day before. He also explained to me that when he calls Weinstein the phone just rings and rings. The manufacture got the sink to Weinstein in one day. When Heather called my husband back to to tell him sink was ready she had an attitude My husband said that she was just as rude as before. But she did offer 1/2 off. I don't think the sink should have broken in the first place thought it should have been free, but we needed it so he agreed. We have to get our bathroom done. I Called today 7/13/2020 and explained to the girl I wanted to pay for the sink before my son picked it up in the morning. I was surprised to also be getting an attitude from this girl also. She said 185.00, I said that seems high for half, is that half? She said did you want me to look up what you paid before. DUH!!!! Well we paid 260.00. How is 185.00 half of 260.00? She said your gonna have to speak with heather shes the only one that can help you. I left my number. I never got a call back from Heather. Here is more delay. We have not time to pick this up now for a week. Just assholes. I would never deal with these people. read more

My contractor recommended I go the Weinstein to make sure we like the feel of the fixtures that he recommended and perhaps I prefer something different. When we walked in, Holly come up to us with a huge smile. Even though we were with two young kids, she offered a separate office for the kids to sit and relax in. From the first day I visited the showroom, Weinstein's has been great to deal with. I am doing a complete bathroom remodel and Gerry was very courteous, completely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. After helping to identify products that would fit my aesthetic and $ vision, he got me an estimate in the time he promised. Tweaking went smoothly, and although there was a delay from the mfr for one item, overall the delivery went very well. The one delay lead my to go online to find faster delivery. Online turned out to be a nightmare ....shipping and delivery promises broken and ridiculous cancellation policy in small print. I cannot say enough good things about Weinstein Supply because they have phenomenal salespersons like Alexandra, who helped me find the perfect commode and seat to take care of my elderly mom. I am the sole caregiver-- so this was especially important. Because hygiene is so critical with the elderly, I needed either a toilet with a bidet function or a toilet seat that also functioned as a bidet. ...And, Weinstein's had quite a few choices of both types of bathroom units. Thanks to 'Alex's' thorough knowledge, I choose Kohler brand for both the toilet and the toilet seat-- with the latter having built-in bidet functionality-- remote controlled no less. This choice has proven to be this caregiver's dream! Maintaining my mother's hygiene is now both easy and significantly more effective than before. The Kohler commode is quite stylish and is an excellent accent to any bathroom. Similarly, the special bidet seat is also sharp-looking and fits the toilet just perfectly. Plus, the toilet seat does not look 'medical'; it looks like any other toilet seat. Significantly, the toilet seat is superb as a bidet! It allows for lots of control of two water jet wands-- front and back. The temperature, pressure and type of stream of the water can be regulated and with the remote it is easy. The seat can also be set at various levels of warmth-- so no more cold seats. The seat also has fans for drying-- and these too can be set at whatever level is most comfortable. Were all this not enough, there is also a deodorizing feature. The Kohler seat is not inexpensive, but it has been worth every penny! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seat for any caregiver and for nursing homes! Also-- now that I know about it-- I would get this for any household because the Europeans that have used bidets for around a century are smart for doing so from both a hygiene and comfort perspective. It is simply better than our toilet-only, American way of doing things. I married the Kohler seat with their toilet that has a power flush feature. This choice, as recommended by Alexandra, proved to be inspired. We needed the power flush feature for the toilet because we cannot afford a clogged toilet when my mother only has access to this single bathroom. Also, this adds significantly to the efficiency of my caregiving because there is no waiting for water to cycle out of the commode. I won't shop anywhere else but Weinstein Supply for kitchen and bathroom products! Went there to purchase replacement cartridges for our Gerber bath faucets. I did not have the original literature (the plumber never gave it to us), but I did have receipts galore from past purchases for the same cartridges. Even with that, the guy behind the counter could not figure out what I needed. He basically dumped me off by telling me he was out of stock on everything and that I should go to their Allentown store. I will eventually replace these faucets with a better brand (stay away from Gerber, they leak like the Titanic) and will get them from a supply company that knows something about their product, especially after the sale. read more

Called weinstein supply looking for 32"×19.5 " stainless steel sink. Women on phone said we only have 25" stainless steel sinks. She didn't seem like she wanted to help at all. After growing up in roslyn pa. and dealing with weinstein for 40 years. Never again will I spend any time on dealing with them. Total waste of effort trying to use them. What happened to them? Difficult business to deal with. If you want to go in there and look around to see what they carry, hard to find someone to answer your basic questions. They want you to make an appointment. But I found that they when they offered an appointment time, it was tough love. Take it leave it. If you can't be there when the salesman has time to accommodate you, you are up the creek without a paddle. Some salesmen not properly trained in the product lines. We needed an installation kit and they were not willing to get it to us when we needed it. They should have told us we needed that kit when we ordered the unit, but, surprise, they didn't know about it. We had to call the manufacturer and get the manufacturer to FEDEX it to us while the contractor was still working in our house. If we had waited on Weinstein to get the part, the contractor would have been long gone. Weinstein didn't want to pay for shipping charges to get the part there quickly. Not good customer service. There are lots of other bath supply places around - Ferguson in King of Prussia, S & H Hardware in Huntingdon Valley in the old Sears store. Ask for Adam at S & H, he will treat you the right way. Weinstein is NOT recommended unless as a last resort. I feel stupid for going there. That's a whole other story. My mother in law has said for years I look stupid. read more

This place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My contractor told us that our bathroom would be finished by the end of August, however, each time he went to pick up the supplies something was missing, which he had to figure out, not Weinstein. Then, obviously he couldn't sit around waiting so he had to move on and take other jobs. This is been going on for several months and the last blow was that the one piece stones that were ordered for the inside the walls of the shower stall were four inches shorter than the custom glass door ordered for the shower. How do you mess that up? Well, I don't have answers because the employee never offered one, except to give us a solution that made no sense, but at this point after thousands of dollars spent and a bathroom that is not fully functional, I have decided that I will settle and have my contractor install a piece of trim to make up for the difference. It will never look as planned and I will have to live with it, and for those of you who know how much a bathroom remodeling cost will appreciate my plight that redoing this bathroom anytime soon, or ever, will be a low priority. It is not my guest bathroom, it is the main bathroom and we planned it all with the employee and our plans were not executed right. Lack of knowledge of design and perspective , math skills were a factor here, as well as, a fair resolution to this problem were the case here. Never again! read more

I was buying a small item which cost about 65 dollars. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I asked if someone could help me and she acted like I was annoying her. She was downright nasty! Then I had to ask three more times until she finally asked a salesman to wait on me. He was polite and helpful but I would never give them business again. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because we found our ideal Robern bathroom cabinet in the showroom. Seeing a mirrored cabinet in person is much nicer than online. The service however, was Terrible. We had an appointment and when I approached the front desk the woman's response was "How did you get in here?" I replied that we came through the side door - lower level - b/c we had our infant daughter with us in a stroller. When I told her we had an appointment she relaxed a bit but when we joined my husband she reminded both of us of the showroom's closing time. WE JUST GOT THERE and THEY chose the appointment time, which was an HOUR before closing! When looking at different vanities, toilets and asking about the variety they came in she acted put out because she had to leave several times to get catalogs from the vendors. She was rude, disorganized and it took 10 days to get a quote, when she told us we would have it in 2 days. The quote overpriced several of the items - I found the total of our items for $700 cheaper on different sites including eFaucet.com. If you want to go to this showroom for inspiration - go - but don't make an appointment and try not to interact with the staff. read more

Before stopping in the store I called first and the secretary told me that I needed an appointment. Since they did not have any morning appointments I asked her if I could just come and look and she said that is fine but no one to give you pricing! I went anyway and as I pulled up I noticed that their were 5 stairs to get in the front door but off to the left was a door for handicapped people, strollers ect... I unloaded my 2 year old and put her in the stroller and when I got to the door next to the stairs it was locked! I was so disgusted and took the little one out of the stroller, put the stroller back in the car and carried her into the store. As I walked in their was a very snotty looking secretary sitting at a desk in front of the huge window that she could clearly see into the parking lot and front door ect...I looked right at her and said do you know that I was trying to get into the door down below with a stroller and it was locked! She then said that she could go unlock it. It was too late then. She watched me struggle that whole time out in the parking lot!!! I walked around and no one helped me. I was there 20 minutes. As I walked out the front door to leave the same secretary did not even acknowledge me! I had to walk around the store holding a 20 pound toddler while I shopped because of these people's ignorance. These people are so rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
