They said we needed to check our electricity. We did. All fine. They said they needed to contact the company (LG) and that the company needed THREE VISITS before they would replace it! We are now FIVE WEEKS without a dryer, and they are telling us we have to wait for the company (LG). All of our requests for just sending a replacement for the lemon have gone unheeded. When we call Gerhard's, they just shrug. When we call the company, they either don't get back to us or set up a call and then don't class. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We thought Gerhard's was a reputable, reliable, and honest company. IT IS NOT. Everything is fine until there is a problem. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

So now I need to wait for another delivery date. Also was told to call a plumber to fix the water line. Had to ask what exactly needs to be done. Which appears can be remedied with a $10 fitting. Delivery person was not kind, or polite. Given the age of the appliances, there will be more that need replacing in the next few years. Gerhard's will not be my choice for it. Sad to see a formerly good company go downhill like this.
