The delivery team took one look at the existing set up and decided (without actually trying) that they weren't able to remove the old units and install the new ones. They literally left my new washer and dryer in the middle of the foyer and said "someone else will be back to install". It quickly became evident that was not the case. After multiple calls to the store and customer service, the response conveyed per Mr. Gerhard was for me to call "call a carpenter to remove the door frame". Truly ridiculous as the existing units were installed in the same space. I ultimately had to remove these by myself (which took about 4 minutes) and convince them to come back to install the new and remove the old units. This was an extraordinary hassle and if not for customer service, i would have been stuck with the situation in these photos. If Mr. Gerhard or anyone else had extended the simple courtesy of speaking with me and taken the time to listen, this disaster could have been avoided. A complete waste of my time. Again, buyer beware!!!!
