Best price quote of three for the requested repair. Price did not change. the repair tech was very nice and polite. Tech was on time and repair was completed with no issues. Only caveat, which i did not notice until after the tech left, was that my drain cover panel now has a scratch on it. It is a white cover which now has a brown mark on it, likely from being rubbed against the concrete floor in my laundry room. A minor issue overall, but enough to make me pull one star. read more

I found my new appliance service! Josh was great to work with. He was flexible, timely, polite, ethical and reasonable. He came the next day after my service request, spent a long time cleaning & servicing issues that came from tenant neglect. Some people would have pushed for replacing useable but gunked up parts but he took the time to dremel out the mess and return non-working stove burners and ignition system to full functionality. He also did over-stove microwave install in record time. He also showed me how to take care of another issue myself in the future. Cant recommend highly enough! read more

I live in queens and was calling around for a repair person this past September. My washer washer machine located in the basement had a slight leak after each load. I've called Josh, he was able to come in a few hours. He was professional and proficient. After his investigation, he took pictures and video and explain to me in common terms what was going on. My soap holder was leaking when water washed into it , delivering it to the tub. He repaired the part , as it was not in stock for immediate delivery. He advised that if I ordered the part, he will come back and install it for free as I'm local. It's been a month and holding up great (I've opted not to replace the part). Today my dishwasher on the 1st floor stopped working. I've called Josh he diagnose the problem. It appears we had a piece of glass logged in the drain tube, causing the machine to through errors. He thoroughly cleaned the entire inside compartments of our dryer as well as all the vents (which was very full of lint & moisture). This is the first time I feel I owe someone a good review. My gas range had an issue. Josh is very responsive and communicate each steps with timeline. He showed up just couple of hours after my call. He spent over an hour to check through the issue and came up the solution. He returned back with parts after couple of days. I just had my floors redone. I'm deeply paranoid about scratching them. Part of putting the place back together was reconnecting the dishwasher. I also had messed up cleaning my oven by getting some baking soda in between the two window panels, this resulting in white streaks that I couldn't clean without taking the entire door apart. Not something I really wanted to call Bosch for Josh and his coworker showed up on time and unprompted, immediately put on blue booties to protect the floor. A great first impression. They installed the dishwasher no problem and then took the entire oven door apart. I'm not sure if cleaning is officially part of the jd, but they went to town on that oven window. My oven looks brand new and they even helped me realign my fridge and get the water connected to it. Very fine young man came to help diagnose a gas dryer issue we were having. He could not have been more accommodating and although the problem was not resolved, through no fault of his, he stayed and showed us that the gas line was inoperative. Josh is terrific. He arrived quickly diagnosed the problem, put in a temporary thermostat, and ordered the correct original part. Because the part took a few days to come and the temporary thermostat wasn't allowing enough heat, he returned to put in a different temporary thermostat. Then, two days later, he had the correct part, which he just installed. He also found the root cause of the problem: the lint filter wasn't fitting well, and large amounts of lint were blocking the exhaust. Each time, he was at my house for over an hour, because the part is buried in the bowels of the dryer. His price was so low, I had to increase it by over a third, and it was still low. I cannot recommend him more highly. read more
