Very unreliable and unprofessional with their commitments. We had an appointment for fixing the tenant refrigerator between 12:00 and 2:00pm so the tenant took the day off mainly for that reason. I received a call from High Tech on the day of the repair at 11:55 am (five minutes before the appointment) and was told that the technician will not be able to come to the appointment. I understand that the assigned technician for the job might have a reasonable reason not to show up for work but what I don't understand is why they call me 5 minutes before the appointment and why another technician could not be sent to fix the refrigerator.
