I explained the issue (fridge not cold enough, freezer working fine, fan made strange noise and quit). He ordered a new fan and came over the same day. Was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. NO shortcuts! After replacing the fan he ran diagnostics to make sure nothing else was wrong. Alejandro called me within minutes of my posting and said he did not have a new control board in stock and *wanted me to find someone else quickly to save my fridge full of food*. He even called back later in the afternoon to suggest that I have the tech coming to check whether the fuse blew before replacing the board. I found someone else to come out but they are running late and are horrible communicators, so I recommend working with Alejandro no matter what. UPDATE: Alejandro arrived early and dislodged my very tightly fitting fridge without damaging the wall or countertop/cabinet. He found the issue was with having the fridge plugged into a GFCI outlet. Everything works fine, but I couldn't have gotten the unit out without him and his bag of fridge moving equipment. Alejandro is awesome. Had a problem with my gas range and went to Yelp because my old repair guy went out of business. Alejandro responded immediately and set up an appointment. We had a snow delay, but rescheduled and he came out to take a look. It was clear he wanted to fix my range correctly and only fix what needed fixing, rather than replacing unnecessary parts. He was on time and communicated throughout, explaining what he was doing to diagnose the problem and what maintenance he might be able to do to avoid replacing parts. He listened carefully to what the problem was, checked both the freezer and the refrigerator, and diagnosed the problem. The whole time, he made sure I knew what he was doing, and explained why he did what he did. As he had to remove parts, I had the opportunity to super clean those which I might not normally be able to reach. Service used 12/1/23. Dryer repair. Can't say enough good things about my experience! Alejandro Aguirre responded to my inquiry very quickly. He had flexible availability and was very upfront with potential costs. We set up a time for the next morning. When I pushed the appointment back an hour last minute he was able to accommodate. He showed up exactly on time and came prepared. Through the whole experience he communicated well via text, call, and in person. He insisted on explaining and walking me through every step of the diagnostic and repair process. So I could "know what your paying for" and understand what he was doing to my appliance. He happened to have a similar part to what was needed on him but when that wouldn't exactly fit, instead of cutting corners, he searched his truck for the exact part needed. If he didn't happen to have an extra, we would've ordered it. He was able to evaluate the issue and complete the repair in the same day and the whole appointment was less than 2 hours. He even greased up the wheels that spin the dryer cage (idk if correct lingo). Though, they werent damaged or part of this issue, he wanted to make sure everything was working the best it could. He even diagnosed another issue and, though he legally couldn't work on it because it was electrical, explained what would need to be done in the future. His price was more than reasonable and multiple payment options. This man went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience!
