And pricing is good - better than online and big box stores - and she didn't want me to blow budget which is appreciated. As someone else here pointed out, then it's take it or leave the date offered. Even the person who directs calls to the correct voice mail sounds put upon. One has to wonder about what's wrong with the company that the staff sounds so out of sorts. There are much better places to go, where the staff is friendly and happy to help you- without an appt.

To the point that they would not expedite the cabinet that we needed (that THEY messed up), would not provide any discount and actually went as far as wanting us to pay to have the correct one shipped to us. The saga continued with the regional manager lying saying he would refund us the original shipping charge, but did not communicate that to the employee we were working with at this store. Long story short, this has pushed everything else we have scheduled on our remodel back a week and a half because that is the soonest they can get us the cabinet that THEY messed up ordering. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced, especially when it was completely the companies fault. No help at all, not even an apology. For this reason I would go to one of the many other cabinet stores. My 5 stars is based solely on sales representative and ordering process. I will come back and update after install on quality of cabinets etc. The sales representative Mary Jane has been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable through our whole ordering/layout process. We met with her on multiple occasions, emails, etc. and she was always very responsive and helpful in all areas of the process. She deserved the 5 star review.
