She was unable to template the layout correctly and upon installation the vanities do not fit my space and the countertop doesn't even match up with the vanities edges. All she has offered to me is excuses instead of trying to come up with a solution to fix this problem. Even her coworker, Bill, could not understand the layout she created for my bathroom vanities. If she could mess up a simple bathroom, I would be very scared to see what would happen with a bigger project like a kitchen.

He sent Marty his field manager to…read moreinspect the work and he told us it was an easy fix and would do it in a day or two as soon as we got on the schedule. They called us that afternoon for an appointment the next morning between 8&9am. They arrived at the appointed time and performed the fix of the gas line. The line now has a rubber sheath around the silver gas line with a copper wire which makes it capable of resisting a lightning strike, we were informed. I am updating my review as they did the right thing by us and even though they were not "experts" at pool heaters they corrected the work promptly. It seems as if there may have been a misunderstanding between our pool guy and the plumber. We had a bit more aggravation and had to spend time with additional workmen at the house but it all worked out in the end. Mark & Nancy.

She was very patient with me and brought out many samples to help us match colors and textures. She also worked with us with prices that were unaffordable to us. When our tile came in, she called us the day before delivery to make arrangements. She had a pleasant personality and a lot of patients with us because we knew nothing about tile.
