Floor and Decor made the headache of kitchen renovation so much less stressful than I anticipated. David was stellar in assisting us with our needs. A small kitchen floor redo. He answered our countless questions with patience and expertise. The range in options is no contest between H&D vs Lowe's/Home Depot. Isle after isle of flooring from tile, hardwoods, tile that look like hardwood, laminate and LVP as well as all the accoutrement that goes with the assembly and instillation of said items. Pricing seems fair with the market and it is never easy opening the wallet for purchases like these but I feel we received quality supplies for the money we spent. read more

I dont have issue with this store in particular. Is product - floor and decor vinyl floor... such poor quality, i dont know how many piece chips already while installing.. already try to be very gentle. But still chip.. if i didnt open all the boxes already. I would have definitely return them off and just waste money on one box than to deal with all these crappy vinyl plank.. i already have a feeling i would have to replace it in few years if it chip so easily.. so sad to spent $2k to last few years . On Monday, January 27, 2025, this manager, Ashley with ann associate, entered my private residence without my knowledge or consent while a contractor was working. She proceeded to walk through my home, claiming she was looking for tile that had been delivered. No one gave her permission or the right to enter my home and invade my privacy by WALKING THROUGH MY ENTIRE HOME ROOM BY ROOM!!! This unauthorized entry is a serious violation of my privacy and property rights. At no point did I give permission for any Floor & Decor representative to enter my home without my knowledge nor was I made aware that such an action would take place without my consent!!!! Her conduct has caused me significant distress, and I find it completely unacceptable for an employee of your company to behave in this manner. read more

I can spend literally hours at Floor and Decor. They have so much to choose from. All price price point are there . An employee walked up to me a stated that he had seen me shopping there numerous times before. He asked a few questions and before you knew it I became a Pro member. So on my most recent trip to my favorite flooring store the same employee (Miguel R.)walks up to me and calls me by name. Miguel R. Walked around the store with me showing me different tiles for a bathroom. Quality of products is excellent. However, the lack of professionalism is unbelievable. One particular guy will lie to you just so he doesn't have to get out of his seat or work. I've experienced this several times. I've complained several times but nothing has changed. The store manager didn't even bother to reach out to me even though I made complaints. The worst company ever! I had the Durlux vinyl flooring installed room by room in my new home over a period of a month until I halted the flooring project because I started noticing material defects in the floor. The defect are bends at the ends of the planks where the planks meet. I started a claim which has taken forever. I had them send an inspector to inspect the floor (which by the way, they only allow you to use their certified flooring inspectors) and my contractor and I mentioned that the store we got it from also shows defects in all their displays for this line of vinyl flooring. Well, I'm almost 100% positive that the INSPECTOR WAS PAID TO SAY IT WAS An INSTALLATION ISSUE DUE TO EXCESSIVE FORCE (no site issues were reported). I was here to watch the last guy put in the back room and he didn't even use a mallet on the floor (which instructions say is allowed) and clicked the floor planks together before gently putting them down. I fought on this report and so the representative in charge of my claim sent the report and my remarks to the manufacturer. I went out of my way and visited 3 different stores to see if all those stores had the same defect I was seeing in my house. ALL 3 STORES SHOW THE DEFECTS IN ALMOST ALL THEIR DISPLAYS FOR DURALUX!!! I get back an email today saying the manufacturer says that they are standing by the inspector's report and saying that even the stores used too much force. I had 5 guys work on my house for the floor. My contractors had the same floor put down in another home and they are also showing defects. So, basically, Floor and Decor is saying that every guy putting down flooring is using excessive force? BTW, Duralux is exclusive to Floor and Decor which means it's their product. All the other brands for flooring show no defective signs. JUST THE DURALUX! I hope that many of you looking into the Durlux read this bad review and trust me that this product is awful. I have already shooed away customers looking at the Duralux during my visits to see the defects and told them about my troubles with this claim I'm wrapped up in. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY. This was my first time purchasing from them, and it will be the last. Pass the word. I've told all my friends and family that this company is crap. read more

Worst customer service ever. Was shorted a box of marble floor tile. As soon as contractor got to my house he checked order against receipt and realized we were shorted one box. Multiple calls that day --no one picked up. Next day spoke to Warehouse guy ( likely the one who shorted us the box) and was told they would have to check the Warehouse security tape( implying our contractor was dishonest). Promised call back by warehouse guy. Nothing. 25 plus additional calls, b/c I have nothing better to do--nowhere. Do yourself a huge favor--buy elsewhere. read more

Yikes!! Talk about employees who won't offer assistance! I even had to chase down an old gent who was blatantly ignoring me so I could find out where the bathroom was. He had ignored my husband earlier, but this guy don't know me. "Sir!", I yelled. "Sir!" No answer; I was literally right behind him. Finally I kept nagging,, and I guess he had no choice to gruffly give me poor directions to the bathroom. He pointed me to the front of the store, and I said, "Sir, I feel as if that's the front of the store." He replied, "It's only the front until you make a right and follow along that way, then it's 'the back'." "Uh, no. No, it isn't," I thought. Cause it's in the front of the store; it's only off to the side along the western wall. So weird. Really, though... The worst part is, no one offered help, not once, and we've been there twice, so.... Guess it wasn't a one-off on the first visit. We had to go back because that's we're we bought our floor and needed a piece that matched it. Hopefully, we're done with it now... lol read more

So, I am finally starting my project I. My basement. Previously, I had purchased some wall tile for the shower. I didn't purchase enough and it was on clearance. So I went back to my store I always recommend. I asked for some help because you always need 2 sets of eyes when putting things together. Second person in the store whose name begins with a K. Katie was the first person to assist me and now Kelsie. Kelsie has patience and great customer service sills with het having to multi task. Kelsie and I worked together to make a beautiful end result. Kelsie you are the bomb and you have a great calling for fashion and customer service. The warehouse of floor and bathroom tiles. They appear to be the only game in town (for now) when it comes to seeing, touching and taking home a tile sample. But if you are handicapped forget it they could care less about you shopping their store in Langhorne. They do the bare minimum of what the ADA requires in providing Parking and a single wheel chair. Their ONLY electric wheel chair will humiliate you and leave you on the showroom floor within 15 minutes. You will struggle and Hubble out to your car and leave. I suffered this humiliation (6) times every time complaining to management. I even went so far as to find through investor relations to find Steven A Denny Executive VP Store Operation and emailed him. Shit rolls down hill but the incompetence still has not been effective at changing a battery on an electric chair (which I would have been happy to do myself, to shop for my needs). In contrast Loews and Home Depot, F &D biggest competitors offer 4-5 electric chairs with ample handicap parking. Go there for your needs and help Floor and Decor go the way Builders Square, Channels, Heckingers and others like them went Bankrupt and replaced by a better company. read more

If you're a contractor I'd never recommend this location. They never open on time but they will stand inside on their phones while you're outside. It's happened multiple times. They usually open 5-10 minutes late daily so just plan accordingly. They're great about loading trucks though. Much better than the Moorstown NJ location. read more

I arrived at 9 am turns out the changed their store hours starting today but didn't bother to change signage, recording, or the website. I called the corporate headquarters in Georgia. All I have to say is WOW ELENA! This is the subject of my review. Elena-- she went sooooo above and beyond for me and she was so pleasant!!!! I still can't get over the level of service I received. Worlds difference from local chain stores like Home Depot. I came to floor and decor after shopping for tile for what felt like forever. I was extremely frustrated because most stores told me I had a two week waiting period for tile and I did NOT have that kind of time. My contractor told me to stop in floor and decor to just browse and I was immediately impressed by the selection- quality - and price! I found two sets of tile I loved. One arabesque and one a thinner type of subway tile clear glass. Beautiful selection in this store for a fair price. Now - let me tell you about ELENA. Elena- you are a rock star! You REALLY helped me!!! I thank you sooo much for your time- pushing my cart- being patient while I selected. And loading my car! I sincerely appreciate your help and thanks to you I now have tile on my wall one day after my visit at the store! Elena literally helped me in the store the entire time. She patiently helped me select multiple tiles- she walked my heavy cart around the store for me. She helped me when I couldn't make my mind up. She took her time educating me about different grout and stood with me while we decided about colors. She walked me to the front and to top it off she literally loaded my car with her bare hands and lifted everything with zero help! Elena needs recognition, a raise, promotion- whatever! He followed up my initial call and when I came in, we were able to resolve all my questions with excellent money and time saving solutions. I weep for our country. I called floor and decor, in langhorne, looking for a specific part number Bruce hardwood floor. The women that answered the phone had no idea how to determine if it was available or how to order it if it was. She put the phone down, not even on hold, so I could talk to the hardwood floor guy. I could hear her in the background asking if she could pet a customer's dog. Dogs in stores would be a whole separate rant. Then I was put on with someone who would know hardwood flooring. The guy, which I have to assume had a man bun, had no idea what a part number was. I was told I need to drive down there with a sample and match it up. I am old enough to remember when you could call a store and they would know how to determine if a product they sell, is available, and that a part number is better than walking around a warehouse holding up pieces of wood next to each other. If it's available you then drive down and order it. These are the type of morons working everywhere. I have to assume there is a room in this store for the employees to cry and hug stuffed animals if a customer asks them do do something more than stand there. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I live 30 minutes from the store in Langhorne PA. I called repeatedly for 20 minutes and not one person answered the phone. This happened previously when I was looking for bath tile, I had tried calling and calling. No one answers the phone. Today I drove to the store and spoke to a female associate with purple hair. She could not have been more disinterested. She brushed it off, and said " sometimes were busy and don't answer the phone !" I had come to the store for patio furniture, because the website shows the store having an " outdoor section". After a 30 minute drive each way, no patio furniture was in the store. The main phone is rarely answered and when someone answers, you are put on hold to the point where you just hang up. My wife and I were at the store this weekend shopping for tiles for a bathroom renovation. We had some ideas in mind, but needed assistance with design ideas and identifying proper materials to complete the job. The Designer behind the desk at the front of the store was not helpful and dismissive to our requests for help. Then, we were fortunate to come across a sales associate with a great attitude, product knowledge and sincere willingness to assist. Jim was a "Godsend". He displayed true professionalism, patience and courteously while assisting us with picking out tiles for the floor and walls. Jim asked the right questions to assess the scope of the required work, offered suggestions on the texture and colors, and helped place the materials on the cart. We were so thankful for his help and recommendations. We want to thank Jim and expect to return to him for help on all future projects. read more

My husband and I made an appointment with Dennis the decor planner (manager) and we were really excited to be able to get an appointment so fast but only to be disappointed. Not only did Dennis not speak to me when I arrived about 10 minutes after the appointment started with my husband, he appeared to be annoyed that we didn't agree with his suggestions and tried to rush us along. It appeared as if he did not think we could afford to be there. My husband finally told him we just want a nice bathroom, money was not an issue after all they are not that expensive anyway. He proceeded to try to rush us through our appointment not wanting to explain or show us the different shower doors or metal for knobs and shower heads . It was like pulling teeth to get him to explain and show pictures of the illustrations of how it was actually going to look. He just wanted to give us a printout of the items we picked out. As a result, my husband told him we wanted to purchase today using the 18 months interest free because he had A1 credit he started to apologize and stated he was not trying to imply that he did not qualify for that program. Finally, after speaking to my husband we decided to try another location hoping that the customer service is better because Dennis really had a flat affect and did not appear to want to help people of color. He may need to be retrained about good customer service. We are both business owners. read more

the store has a great selection and I had to use this store for the specific flooring I was set on, however there were issues to be aware of. First, some of the tiles (out of a mountain of boxes bathroom tiles I bought) were marked the same as what I intended to buy but they were different. Apparently new stock with slight variations used the same product number and they added it to the pallet I pulled from. When my bathroom was being done, we found the floor tiles were not all the same and the store was a nightmare to deal with. Apparently this company doesn't have store phone numbers on receipts and only the home office number. I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone and it was a huge frustrating headache that made me hate them like hitler. Their promise to send the right tiles to me went unfulfilled forever it seemed. Their customer service sucks- In store cashiers being the exception. read more

Bought tile and installation from Floor & Décor in March 2021. Had the floor installed in May. Complete removal of 637 sq./ft. Of tile and underlayment. Job was mostly completed in 1 week.@ weeks after install tiles were cracking all over the floor. 13 in total the first time. The contractor cam back out and replaced the cracked tiles (using the ones that I was returning for a refund). After fixing the floor two weeks later the tiles were cracking again. I called floor& Décor to have the floor fixed. They were going to send out the same contractor to which I said I wanted an independent contractor to evaluate why the floor was cracking. The independent contractor inspected and made the report that there was no mortar used under the backerboard and the backerboard was only 1/4 inch. F & D offered to have the old contractor come out and redo the floor. I declined having the ones that installed it wrong do it again. F&D took two months to send the first pallet of 1/2" backer board and 12 bags of mortar. They had a new contractor come to do the floor 6 weeks after because of there schedule. The new contractor demoed the floor AGAIN and put the new backerboard down with mortar under it like manufacturer stated to do. F&D had still not delivered the tile and the rest of the materials. The new contractor had to go pick it up (50mile round trip 3X). The contractor started the floor and put down 13 tiles and stopped. The tile that F&D sent were out of square between 1/8" to 1/4". This made the grout lines start small then go big and so on so they refused to put the tiles down. Believe me I am glad they stopped when I seen it. After calling F&D (slightly irritated) I told them that the wife and I would go to the store and find a tile similar to the one we had and they will need to get it here ASAP so my floor can be completed. F&D agreed and told me to just send them the skew number and they will get it ordered for delivery ASAP. Well the next day that did not happen, F&D sent the contractor an email and told them the tiles were within manufacturers specs and they should use them anyway. Now if you know anything about tile they HAVE to be square to get the grout lines and the manufacturer only allows up to 5% of the tiles to be off, that's five out of one hundred NOT EVERY ONE. (yes I called the manufacturer) F&D refused to order the new tile and I have no floor with no end in site without paying another 8K out of pocket that I already paid F&D! And as any contractor knows if I get a new contractor to install a new floor they will rip up the new backerboard because they will not warranty someone else work. F&D refuses to refund me for the complete job so I can get it fixed. I would ABSOLUTLY NOT do business with them again. Its been 7 months, two contractors, 3 times moving all our furniture and covering everything with plastic. Not to mention the dust cleanup after the jobs were completed. So we have a backerboard floor with 13 tiles on it, no furniture in our kitchen or Livingroom. Disgusted by this whole experience and gave them 24hr to make the tile rite if not then my attorney will be filing for the max amount in PA small claims court Monday morning after I sign the papers Friday afternoon. 7 MONTHS and the pics show what I have read more

We were a little worried when we saw the reviews. But we decided to take the chance and go there. It is a huge store and we were wandering down the aisles. We asked an employee about some design choices and she called out Joy Raneri one of the designers. We explained what look we were trying to achieve and she walked around the store picking up pieces and showing us what was possible. When we had a few selections, she was able to help us narrow down the choices and make a selection. Truly a "Joy" to work with. We will be completing construction in a few weeks, so will update this review when we finish construction. read more

Bought an order in Moorestown . Our tile had to be picked up in Levittown-Langhorne. The order was supposed to be pulled and ready for pick-up. It was not. Tried to call and the phone service was really terrible as well! Moorestown was helpful last night, and didn't really try to pick up anything there to rate. Had to pick it up to avoid a shipping charge from store to store. Gotta say though that Caitlin did a fantastic job, gathering tile and trying to locate some tile that was not here. read more

The customer was feeling bad for me and suggested they help me out because I had been waiting for a while with my 3 year old in the cart. The cashier said" oh, she's ok." I was livid! Very pleased with the selection of flooring. My Mom was looking for porcelain tile for her bathroom. We found flooring she liked, but could not find anyone to help us. I ended up picking up the boxes of tile myself and then had to go find my own grout. Did not even bother looking for the thinset.
