I recently was able to put the money together to put in a new bathroom. this is something that I've been waiting to do for years the bathroom was 16-years old and I know it will be the last time I would ever do it. When I first went to floor and decor, one of the designers helped me she was very nice at first I picked out my bathroom and came home and felt very indecisive. I went back a couple days later, and that same designer/sales person gave me an attitude about me switching out my choices. She told me that I needed to be certain and then I wasn't allowed to change it again I didn't want to be rude. I just followed her and lied when I went up to the front to change everything she had no idea how to do it. Everybody was very confused and I just was so frustrated that I told her to leave it, after that, I never received a text or an email that my order was ready. Finally I found the store and they told me that I was able to pick up my order when I went back I wanted to change the floor of the shower when I brought it up to the sales person Roseanne she gave me no problems and switched out my floor and took off my accent because it really didn't match without any issues. She also was so helpful. I have to say that I was very upset the first two times I was there and it was not going to come back after I picked up my materials. I needed flooring also and I thought there's no way that I would go there ever again the way, the first sales person/designer treated me after dealing with Roseann today she gave me a whole different outlook on your store. You should actually thank her very much because I'm spending a lot of money as I'm redoing a lot of this house. I still have to do all the floors on each floor of my house and the kitchen so because of the great experience I had with Roseann today I will be back. I ordered tile at the Moorestown NJ location. The store was low in stock on the tile I chose. Between Nancy in Moorestown, and Kyle in Levittown I am able to use the perfect tile for my project. Despite how busy Nancy was, and how many others she was, simultaneously, helping, she patiently continued to search until she located and then assisted in placing the order for me. I was really impressed with how well she managed to handle my need, all while assisting other customers with their various needs, picking up orders, and arranging deliveries, as well as assisting others with orders. After she placed my order, she suggested I call the Levittown store to make sure everything was in order, since there could be a time lapse in the update of inventory, from that evening. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and highly efficient. I did call the next day and I spoke with Kyle, in Levittown Pa. He was very friendly and knew just how to find my order. He quickly confirmed everything was already and awaiting my "pickup". The next day I ended up needing more of the same, with a change in my plans. I called the Levittown store again because I couldn't confirm the order online. Kyle answered again, and remembered me from the day before. He said there was no one near the phone, so he left the warehouse to answer the call. He had to go back over to the warehouse and check to make sure as the order remained on hold. He did so quickly, and confirmed there were less available then I ordered. I had ordered a little extra, so I asked him if the unavailable pieces could be cancelled. He checked with someone and they were able cancel those pieces while I was on the phone. Apparently multitasking is also his strength. UPDATE: I received a call from the store manager who handled the situation perfectly! Within a few hours she rectified the situation. If there is ever a problem make sure you contact the store manager, not the number on your confirmation email. Many thanks to the manager for getting in touch with me and finding a quick resolution. Corporate had mishandled the situation last night when I gave the review. Hopefully corporate can fix their customer service call line to meet the standards of their stores. PREVIOUS Review: If I could give negative stars I would. First issue is we ordered custom colored subway tile. When we got home we realized it was the wrong color. This means the item was sent wrong, it was received wrong and was given to us wrong. Not one person in this chain bothered to double check the tile. A week later I order some bullnose tile online for same day pick now, granted I ordered around 1PM. I figured I would have to wait a day for it to be ready as I never received a confirmation email it was ready. I went to the store Sunday to check and return the wrong colored tile. The bullnose was not in, nor was it in stock or even shipped. I was told it would probably arrive later in the week as they had shipments coming in. As the week went on I never heard and finally called customer services. They said it would be there next week as it shipped today! I said that is unacceptable they told me I could have it shipped from NJ to this store, but wouldn't be there till Monday or I could have it shipped to my house for my own cost. This is completely unacceptable in the customer service industry. read more

This was definitely a one stop shop for my needs. Recently, we had to rip up the flooring in our bathroom and replace it immediately. My wife and I were stressed and under pressure of getting our main bathroom done before our annual family winter get together which was only a week away from the time our pipe broke. I didn't want to special order anything due to time and I wanted similar tile to what we already had down previously. I remembered that I heard a radio commercial for floor and decor just the other day. So knowing they had the "largest in stock selection" I figured why not give it a try. Walking into your store was one of the best things I have ever done! The prices are great, there is so much to choose from, they have such a large selection in the store we didn't even have to think about special ordering, and the customer service was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady who was standing near the registers. The woman asked if we needed assistance and when I told her yes, she immediately stopped what she was doing and walked us through the store showing us our options. She helped figure out how much product we would need and answered every question that my wife and I had. She even helped us load our tiles into the car after we paid, I was so impressed how above and beyond she went for us. She made our stress and worries fade to nothing. We will be remodeling our dinning room and kitchen soon and without second thought we will absolutely be back to floor and decor, hopefully with the same employee that we dealt with before! read more

I'm like a guy swiping right on Tinder when I'm shopping for tile. I love so many tile types & designs. But my bathrooms need to be redone & I needed to commit to no more than 3 types of tile - which need to coordinate with each other & my existing house, be practical, & affordable. I set a design appointment, got scheduled with Michelle Kay, & emailed her beforehand about what a crazy person I am about choosing tile. All I could really tell her was that there's a few colors & materials that I thought would be wrong for my house (although I still love them, of course). I show up for the design appointment & she had picked out a sample palate of 6 tiles for me. I loved 5 of them, & then we went shopping through the store together - because I gotta picture every tile in the store possibly going into my house, you know me. Anyway, I brought some samples home from the palate, & some flashy extras that I had to try out, & within a week I've been able to chose the 3 final tiles, 2 of which are the basic floor & wall ones she picked out in my sample palate - which is the biggest, most important part of the tile job. Michelle made this process so easy & fast for me. If I hadn't met up with her, I'd still be comparing thousands of tiles on my own. I am a custom contractor in the near by area. I typically shop the larger chain stores or higher end specialty stores. I have a unique custom project on going. I was looking for some special and unique floor tile for the project. I was driving by the store and at the last minute decided...ah what the heck...I'll try it. I was really impressed, it's a big place, a lot to look at. Typically, I can spend a good hour or more in a store just shopping and looking to get ideas. I went to the Pro Services desk first and I was welcomed by Desiree Hudome. I explained my search to her and within moments we were off to look. Well, long story short...I found a really cool tile perfect for the job. We figured out all the materials needed, She also signed me up for there contractor program, made my purchase and off I went. The tile looks amazing installed. I've been back to the store since two more times. Kathleen, was a big help on my other visit, thank you. Go to the Tile Shop, Avalon Flooring or any of the big box stores. Then find your way to Levittown. Get the same quality with out the high prices and that's just the beginning. The selection is huge, the staff are attentive, knowledgable and approachable and best of all they are not selling. There's no typical sales pressure. You know the drill "Buy it today and my manager said I can knock off a couple/few hundred $$$." Denise is the GM and walked all over the store bringing piece after piece of tile and then Michelle, the designer, joined in the fun. Before I knew it sitting in front of me was my master bathroom tile selection. Then they continued... What kind of water do you have, is there a window, have you seen the prefab niches and it just went on. They were fabulous. Customer service is definitely something they take seriously. If you're a homeowner embarking on a DIY indoor/outdoor just take the ride. If you have a Contactor tell them to take the ride. I know I will be back!!! Thank you Denise and Michelle. Provided better service & Knowledge of associates reaches far beyond any other wholesale big store. Bill, Caif and Nick helped us to pick the right product (laminate & wood flooring) for our floor . They are the reason to refer the location with in our friends circle. They really spend time to educated me in selecting the right flooring material for my home. Since there are many different options of in laminate wood for floors, sometime it's hard to assess the right product in a budget. I was in need of tile for three bathrooms for my home on Long Beach Island, and went to Floor & Decor to check out the selection. The store has so much to choose from that I was totally overwhelmed. I was looking for floor tile, shower tile, wall tile and accent pieces for all three baths and had no idea how to begin. My saving grace was Michelle Kay one of the designers that are available for customers, simply by making an appointment. Michelle was nothing short of amazing! Not only did she listen to what my likes and dislikes were, but found the perfect tiles and accents, all which exceeded my expectations. What is even more impressive then Michelle's sense of style and design, was her ability to calculate the amount of tiles that I would need for each bathroom. What a wonderful store with amazing service at all levels. In the half a dozen times I went there in the last 3 months, I have not have a bad experience. I especially want to give a shout out designer Michelle Kay. Without her, I would not have the beautiful shower I have today. We will have the glass installed next week , but I wanted to showcase the beautiful tile that Michelle helped us pick out. When I went in for my first appointment with Michelle, I had no idea what I wanted to do. Michelle spent an amazing amount of time helping us walk through the store, discover our design aesthetic and pick out colors that coordinate with it beautifully. I returned several more times to get the additional pieces required by the contractor to complete the shower. Each time Michelle was gracious and helpful. I was back again with my measurements and Mr. Maina was extremely helpful with getting prices and quantities necessary to complete our bathroom project. We were remodeling our master bath, after looking at several tile stores we went to Floor & Decor We were impressed with the vast selection of quality products Marble, porcelain, ceramic etc.. they have a tremendous warehouse with vignettes to actually see the products and what they will look like when installed But what really set this store apart from all the ithers we visited was one of their employees, Simone! Simone didn't hesitate to help us from beginning to end, stayed with us and helped us pick out floor ttile, shower tile, grout color and all the supplies we needed to complete the job! Simone made what could of been an overwhelming process into a great experience! What a knowledgeable absolutely terrific young man You guys at Floor & Decor have one terrific employee! Having worked for several Fortune 50 companies , I understand and appreciate customer service. Well I was not disappointed in the quality of service I received from Topee in flooring. I came to the Levitown store with the idea of purchasing a specific tile. However, Topee asked several questions and with his probing I discovered that I loved the tile but would have not been pleased with the upkeep. Topee spent time making suggestions and after more than an hour I decided on flooring that I not only love but is functional and durable. Special kudos to Topee for his patience and expertise in assisting and guiding me to make an educated decision. Totally impressed with his understanding of flooring and his design style. We went from Jersey to pick up some more of the tile MY store didn't have and when we got there there were my tiles ! I thought since I'm here might as well look take a quick cruise around the store . That's when we met a delightful man named Jeffrey Fellers. Let me tell you what a joy it was to be lucky enough to get his input. This fella knew his stuff, and showed me options , ones I didn't even realize I had , to complete my bathroom . He was not only knowledgeable about the products he was selling but his "taste" if you will ,was impeccable. He needs his own design company or a spot at Susan Hopkins interiors or Nelson . I have not found ANY place that can come close to the selection and prices of this store. I am building a monster house with 8 bathrooms which are all getting tiled walls and floors. Therefore, had to find nice tile within budget. I have shopped at tons of places until I found Floor and Decor--getting one tile here, one tile there but could not get a lot at any one store either due to high prices or poor selection at each store. Save time, start there, buy there. Worth the drive if you don't have one near you. Much better to go in person and bring your colors or things you need to match. The store has great displays--much better than getting a small sample by mail. Loved this store so much I bought stock in the company as I am sure they will expand and be very successful. read more

My review is solely based on the best employee this store has. Her name is Elena. She was incredibly helpful. I had a hard time finding any help as this store is utterly understaffed. Elena was a ray of sunshine to me in that store. She helped me with a return , a purchase and a pick up. I wound up spending about 4,000 there that day because she made shopping so much easier.
