He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. For the master bathroom, Luciano took a small, 1960's bathroom and enlarged it into our bedroom, meticulously moving the HVAC ducting, plumbing and electrical systems, and the result is a floor to ceiling, marble bathroom, with free standing tub and separate marble shower, high end brushed gold fixtures and double Robern vanities. The Kohler Store in King of Prussia and the Robern (vanities) main company saw photos and featured Luciano's work on their social media platforms! R & D's work is truly fantastic. Update, The counters that I ordered was after thinking…read moreabout it I changed my and I went to the company that he uses. I selected a different counter. The young lady at the store told me that it was much more reasonable compared to what I did pick. Joe called me and said that the counters would be $900 less but guess what never took it off the bill he may seem innocent but he's a crook. So gave me back the 900 for the still charged me $450 for the garbage disposal which I could purchase at Home Depot for $170 and it also charged me to put in CFI outlets, which was never done and then he charged me an additional $450 for the lights which I had to have removed and redone. Beware if you use him.

Once the project started, he was here promptly every morning until the kitchen was completed. I was most concerned about the installation of a glass subway tile back splash, (because I had a bad experience with a different company installing tile in my bathroom) but he did an amazing job. Other aspects of the renovation included a laminate floor and installation of new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. He added new baseboards, and casing around two doorways, and painted the portion of the room that wasn't tiled. When I requested a change - I felt the doorway needed a wider casing - he promptly got the new material and installed. He also installed two new light fixtures. The kitchen was cleaned up each night before they left. I would definitely use this company again.

It was a sale that should never have been allowed and botched from the start! I relied on a slick saleslady who wanted to made a buck at my expense. When it didnt come out right they tried to fix it , but couldnt. That was bad enough. This after the HQ ADMITTED that the job was not one that should have been sold to start with. But I had to live with it . that was a year ago. When it scratched badly recently and I asked for a fix ( no warranty for the floor apparently), they told me the Fairfield County franchisee that ripped me off had to close ( my guess-- for incompetence and deceptive sales practices) but the closest one, was this one in Bensalem and they would fix it. This store said they would too-- but after I send pics they changed their mind and refused to come. I would happily have paid but they didnt want to travel. The corporate HQ which said they would fix it then told me they cant tell their franchisees what to do. And they knew who I was and that i was desperate . So after saying sure to getting me help they did a complete about face ---lots of wasted time. and energy and patience wasted. Finally found a MA branch that would do it--- BUT i had to sign a release in advance, and they would not take my credit card and I had to get a CERTIFIED check and give in advance of the work for them to come. I was the one robbed-- sold a bag of goods-- but they treated me like a thief!!! This behavior was absolutely disgraceful. I wish I sued them when I had the chance. DO not do business with them .
