They make acrylic showers and try to push this on you. I specifically asked if they do ceramic tiles and they said yes just to send their salesman and at the end of the of visit tell you that they don't do ceramic tiles. I really wasted my time. Rebath is phenomenal!!! I called three other places and by far, Rebath was the cheapest!!! We had our master bathroom completely renovated!!! Joe came over twice to go over the project. Extremely professional and courteous!! He listened and understood what we wanted to have done. He said it was going to be about 7 days worth of work and it ended up taking 5 days. Victor was the gentleman that came to the house daily and did the work. GREAT, GREAT WORKER. one of the best that I have seen in a long time. Very professional!!! Worked from the time he arrived to the time he felt comfortable enough to leave. Some days he worked for 12 hours. He cleaned up the area every night before he left. Always arrived on time. We had our bathroom totally redone. Had the tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower, new flooring, new walls, all new faucets, replaced the exhaust fan, and painted, all done in great time, and never left a mess. They replaced my shower a few months ago and the finished product not only looks good but was installed in a day. Their price was more than fair and easily beat out the other estimates I received. The installers were clean, friendly, professional, and great with my dog who does not always like "strangers" in the house. Better yet, when they came over for the initial consultation they took their time, explained everything, and all of the different options for my job without the up charges and high pressure sales pitch that their competitors had. I hired Re-bath to completely renovate my old 1950's style bathroom August 2012. They provided the best price for the amount of work, which was to completely gut everything including the tile floor. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the results. The two assigned workers were very pleasant and courteous. They showed up on time every day and briefed us daily on the status of the work to be preformed that day and again after the days work was completed. One of the things that define a company is not how they handle good cases, but how they handle bad ones. From the beginning, Joe was very professional and answered all of the questions I had. He was responsive throughout the process. However, I expected high quality work from the company from the reviews and the significant price difference vs competitors. Unfortunately, it was not what I received. I had a bathroom remodel during a week I was away and came home very disappointed with the results. The lack of oversight from Joe and I resulted in rushed and sloppy work from his workers -- I am still a little concerned about the quality of work underneath. Joe inspected the job afterward, agreed with my concerns, and appropriately apologized. He should have ensured the quality of the work as it was done, but he had personal emergencies to attend do. Unfortunately, as a client I expect to receive what I paid for. He ended up discounting the service, but now I have to get a significant part of the work redone. It is a true shame things did not go well. In summary, poor timing of certain events and lack of oversight resulted in subpar results. I am still giving 4/5 stars due to the responsiveness of the people as well as the fantastic service by the owner, Joe. I would still consider Joe for future work due to his exceptional client service, but would definitely provide need to request close oversight and inspect work myself throughout the process or ask that he himself complete the work. read more

My husband and I have been renting a house since April, 2011. There have been leaks appearing on and sometimes coming through the drop-ceiling in our kitchen, which we believed were from the tub/shower directly above the kitchen. Our landlord sent numerous people out to investigate and "fix" the problem - but it wasn't until he finally called Re-Bath that we had some relief. They were originally supposed to come out at the end of November to replace the tiles in our shower with a few wall surrounds (as that's where the leaks were believed to be coming from) but they had to reschedule for December 12th (not sure why this was). When two very pleasant men came to our house to begin installation they realized that the problem was much more extensive than they thought. All of our shower plumbing had to be replaced/relocated, and the walls needed to be replaced as well. While they at first thought they wouldn't be able to schedule these repairs until December 23rd, they ended up making these repairs almost immediately, and they made all of the modifications to the bathroom very quickly (all things considered). I was very thankful to have some knowledgeable folks come out and fix this issue that's been plaguing our life for 9 months! Definitely would recommend! read more

Me and my husband had some work done in our kitchen. It was nothing short of a disaster. So when we decided to get our bathroom remodeled in March we've looked all over the Internet. We had a few estimates and everyone's just seems like a sales person. When we called re-bath one of their sales associates came out they did not make us feel like they were trying to sell us. Joseph George walked us through almost every scenario with professionalism and courteousness. From the beginning. When the 2 installers Victor and Rich came they made sure to put plastic up and drop cloths down. The installers were also very professional. They would answer every question me and my husband would have. They never made us feel like we didn't know what we were talking about they kept it simple and straight. We had a much better experience having our bathroom done by re-bath then having our kitchen done previously by another company.
