Next day I got the email from them that, if you buy them there is 10% discount. When try to apply that discount doesn't work. Call their customer service and person bluntly said there is no discount like that. If there were 10 stars, I would give that rating to AAA Distributor. Although we live in Delaware, we heard about AAA and took the drive up to check out their showroom. The price was right, delivery was timely, and we even had option to pay for having cabinets assembled prior to delivery. We also used AAA for our countertops. (As well as our new sink and the hardware for the cabinets.) Purchased a really nice kitchen cabinet set and bathroom shower doors for two bathrooms in my home. We changed our mind on the shower doors as they did not match the rest of the decor within the bathrooms. Contacted AAA and were told that we would be charged a 25% restocking fee even if the items were not opened and undamaged!!! I found AAA Distributor online and picked out the GENEVA Cabinets. I went back and fourth with the Sales person MAX who is very patient!! I change my floor plan several times and Max always emailed me the changes and pricing. Finally after 4 months I put the order in with Max for 25 Cabinets which totaled $6900.00 including $350 for assembly and $350 for shipping to Connecticut. The cabinets arrived within a week!! I came in one night to see what they had. They have a nice selection of items that I don't see in some of the larger chain stores, some of which are of very high quality. That's why there are two stars instead of one. But the customer service was atrocious. These guys act like you're inconveniencing them by stopping into their store, browsing their items, and asking for pricing. I don't need or want someone to bend over backwards to earn my business. Here my experience was simply disrespectful. The prices were fair, but not exceptional. But I wouldn't purchase anything here because of the disrespect. Having a lot of issues with my cabinets. Once they are together some are off a bit and won't sit flush when you put them next to each other. Two won't go together right at all. Somehow was given one wrong cabinet. This company does not want to talk to you or make things right once you leave with the cabinets. I am so disappointed. I went with AAA because I got my cabinets here for my previous home in 2006. The cabinets were perfect and customer service was excellent. I am not having the same experience this time around. My kitchen isn't even finished and I'm ready to rip it out and start over. If I could do this remodel over again, I would not go to AAA. read more

This place should have a "customers beware! Buy at your own risk" sign because they are not customer friendly and will take your money for THEIR mistakes. Knowing that something can go wrong with cabinets especially because of inaccurate measuring, you would think they'd be more accommodating. But they are not. They design their contracts to not lose money even if you are unhappy. My kitchen designer was very rude and arrogant when we needed something corrected. The attitude change happened after we paid. This place is all about how much they can get from people, and not about establishing positive customer relationships. We ordered an entire kitchen from this business (not that I should refer to as a business). Initially we were told all items were in stock only to find out that 3 of our cabinets where back ordered (ok it's the times we are currently in) we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. The only communication was of our own initiation of continuous calls and being told its on the way and out of their control. Our calls were often answered with rude, mocking and matter of fact information FINALLY, 4 months later they arrive. Only to be a different color, I can only assume that since they were not completed in the initial order that the dye color could be off. Well it is way off and very noticeable next to the others We again called, and called and called. We received one call back to take the information and have not heard from anyone since! That was 3 weeks ago...... I can see from reading past reviews that here lies the problem. Customer service for AAA Distributor DOES NOT EXSIST. Once you pay they could care less of any kind of quality or service. Spend your money elsewhere! They are the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I went to the AAA distributor looking to purchase 2 kitchen cabinets. I met with an associate ( i don't wish to say her name) for assistance. While we were talking she took 3 personal calls. As she was wearing a bluetooth earpiece, she would take the calls without even letting me know she was now on a phone call. In the middle of our conversation, she would simply start talking to the caller and stick out a finger to silence me. This happened three separate times. She was talking on the phone looking for apartment rentals. Then afterward she didn't even assist us to choose a good cabinet. She told us to look around and come back to her. We did as she said and when we came back with a choice we asked her to confirm whether it was real wood. She assured us it was and we set into the process of purchasing the cabinets. Right as we were about to finish the purchase she told us that the cabinets were not actually wood but a veneer. I was confused as to what this meant and I asked her to explain what a veneer was. When I asked this she said, "if you don't know the difference between a veneer and wood, then this is real wood". She thought this was funny. I was fed up. I was ready to leave the store without a purchase but then I ran into Victora, another associate. She was absolutely lovely. We showed her our plans and she guided us through this process with such attention to detail and dedication. We were able to purchase cabinets and left happy! We drove into Philly from New York and so it was very heartening that we were able to make a purchase. Overall I was quite disappointed with the customer service i received in the first half of the visit. It was a waste of time and genuinely plain frustrating. Very grateful for Victoria and the service she came through with in the end! I would give Victoria a 5/5 but the other associate really dragged down the overall experience. read more

Terrible customer service. Called about an ad they had posted on craigslist. I asked if they had any left in stock and I was told they had several. I told the guy I was over an hour away and asked if there will be some left when I get there. He said yes no problem there are plenty. I drove over an hour to get to the store and was immediately told they did not have any. When I informed the guy that I called an hour ago and was told there are plenty he informed me they were out for over two weeks. The ad is still posted online advertising the same item. They scam you into coming down to their location so they can sell you something else. I will never shop there again and will make sure no one I know does either. If you see an ad for their company that seems like a great deal, don't believe it, it's just another scam. read more

Had a good experience here. Purchased a new counter top for my customer. It was ready when they told me and had good customer service. I stopped by the next day because I measured short. They went out of their way and cut me the piece I needed at no charge. How can I complain about this place? The staff was friendly and attentive. Wont buy from there again! After spending close to 1800.00 on cabinets I wanted to return the handles I purchased realizing I didn't need them. I wanted to return the handles and use the store credit (they wont refund full value-25% restocking fee) for a more expensive item in the store. Even though I purchased a more expensive item, they still charged me a 25% restocking fee on the return item. Also, one of my cabinets was sized wrong and does not fit properly and the response I received was basically a shrug of the shoulder. My relative was going to buy cabinets there also after the holidays but NOT NOW. So I hope they enjoy there 10.00 restocking fee which is what it came to because they just cost themselves another $2,000.00 sale! Also, some of the reps are more concerned about going home than servicing their customers after I had to make several return trips which could have been avoided with a little better communication. read more

I have mixed feelings for mixed reasons...I kind of fall in the middle...my issues were resolved and that made me happy but at the same time I wish it all happened differently....one thing that kind of upsets me is that once deals are done, or moves are being made with the customer everybody starts talking Russian or Ukrainian!!! I had some issues last week and everyone is right in front of me talking about me trying to resolve it but I just wish it was all being handled in English since I spoke English and they all speak English too...you speak your language off to the side in another room but if your talking to me, or about me, about an issue I'm having let's all speak the same language...it was like I can only jump in the convo to explain when you say it's ok hahaha...my kitchen is still being remodeled as I write this review and the products are beautiful and are really looking good in my House...I think the major issue ultimately is customer service and accountability are lacking! My recent issue was in regards to my countertop...it wasn't clearly explained how they take the measurements so I measured according to how any normal person would (wall to sink, not wall to the middle of the sink)...gave those measurements and thought everything was great...get the countertop and it's not cut the way it should be...the next person to help me gets the measurements correct after looking at my diagram the store made for my kitchen but unfortunately put the wrong color on my sheet by mistake...I get there, the person that made the 2nd mistake is now saying the original mistake with the countertop being cut wrong is my fault after she agreed with me that it was the 1st persons mistake for seemingly rushing or not listening to me when I was explaining it so that they could make sure it was correct the 1st time and after she realized that the color was wrong instead of apologizing for her mistake and reassuring it would be done right this time she tries to convince me that the wrong color would still look good in my kitchen...thank goodness the 2 other people were there to help me...the other guy showed her on my original receipt for my original counter color and he got it fixed and thank goodness for the other lady there that stepped up and said they should have looked at my kitchen diagram and matched those measurements to my measurements before finalizing everything...she shut it down and really stood up for me and I appreciated that greatly, because I was starting to feel bullied a little and also felt annoyed that now your going to change your story now that the person who made the original mistake is standing in front of you..,After 2 attempts and 3 drives to the store it was all corrected...I'm just upset I had to pay the hefty delivery fee just to end up bringing the whole thing back to the store and having to pick up and take home the new counter after I already paid them to bring it to me...I paid for a convenience and still was inconvenienced...overall I'm still happy with the products I purchased...would I buy again or recommend them...maybe, but it would for sure come with some cautionary tales! read more

As a contractor I have dealt with many suppliers and distributors. This was my first interaction with this firm. The home owner was looking for a particular look on a toilet and we found the shape she liked. It was LT4 model from this distributor (they also claim that they are the manufacturer). We ordered (4) LT4's and the price was high (close to $400 each including shipping). This order is for a new custom home so they were looking for a quality product. We received the order several months before we actually needed them. We checked for breakage and we did not see any so we stored them for when needs to be installed. At installation we found out that one of the tank cover had a small manufacturing defect but since it was up front you could see it. It was not broken but had a curve in it but polished. We contacted this company and sent them the photos. Although they admitted that it was manufacturing defect but they made us pay for the shipping. Which was very unfair. When we installed the 4 toilets we found out that all the moving parts are cheap plastic. When you sit on this toilet it make all kind of squeaking noises. Soon we found out that parts inside the tank are leaking. During construction we did not notice that (with all the noise and people). The big water bill made us look for the water leak and we found out 3 of the toilets have been leaking for a long time. Our plumber had to change the internal parts. When you buy a $78 toilet from Costco or Home depot is solid and you don't find any problem with it at least for several years. Toilet from these guys are about $400 and we had to replace and trash parts before even the home owner has moved in. I would never buy from these guys. They are a bunch crooks. It looks like they buy the toilet base from somewhere and they add a bunch of cheap plastic and chines parts to it (that is how they say they are the manufacturer of it).
