I told that person I would make sure they have a spot. It seemed like she wanted to reschedule or something Then a day or two later I get an email stating the sales rep was all of a sudden sick. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

We overheard him teaching one of his crew as they worked where he'd say things like "this way takes more time but I like to get it done the right way." When the tile was installed, the contractor discovered that one box of ceramic tiles had broken corners. Instead of stopping to return the tiles for replacement, they used the broken tiles by cutting one side off. They ran out of tiles and I had to buy another box. The tile wall has grout all over the place. They were supposed to acid wash it but didn't. The baseboards weren't done. They were going to make a door for an open junction box. They said they made it but couldn't find it. I've been waiting months for a bathroom sink countertop. There have been so many excuses such as two deaths in the family, got hurt snowboarding, cut his hand and more. They don't respond to requests for updates. I paid them for all of the kitchen work with hope they'd be back to do the punchlist. Excuse after excuse and still waiting. I believe in second chances but this company was given four or five chances. The bathroom countertop still isn't here and it's been at least 6 months.
