They refunded me for some of the flooring when they inspected it before pickup and saw damage. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I ended up buying more of the same floor to complete another room. Pickup was quick at the rear of the building and the guys who loaded up my vehicle were very careful and professional. Their showroom was clean and organized. A lot of flooring places do not stock merchandise (with good reason upfront cost/space is an issue, etc.), but these guys have a big warehouse. I was led to believe this would be a manageable payment plan, but instead, the bank charged the entire $6,357.20 balance immediately on the very first transaction. Empire needs to properly train their consultants to be completely transparent about Synchrony Bank's billing practices instead of glossing over the details just to close a deal.
