Salesperson was incredibly condescending and talked down to us, to the point where I became so uncomfortable we made an excuse and walked out abruptly. It took them a bit, but I'm glad they took the time and matched it exactly. Second time, I needed a particular color that was not exactly a color they carried. Instead of simply giving me something close, they worked hard to match the exact color I wanted, and it looked great. Besides the great customer service, their high-end paint is well worth the money. Sure it's cheaper to go to a box store, but you can really tell the difference. Total pros, very satisfied!

TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!
