The sales person was rude. Tried to sell me something I did not ask for. I tried to shop local. Back to Home Depot !

This place is hit or miss. However, the last time I was there they had a good amount of name brand clothes at very reasonable prices. The shoes and jewelry are extremely cheap if that's what you want. The true downside is their dressing rooms. They only have two and the wait can be long. About 3 yrs ago I decided to paint the outside of my house and didn't know a darn thing about paint - only that BenMoore was supposed to be the KING OF PAINTS!! I literally drove all the staff nuts for like two weeks with color changes and trim changes -In fact, I painted half my house and decided it was not the right color!!!!! But they stayed the course with me even though in my heart I know they wanted to run away every time they saw me come in the store....They helped me so much to the point where I just HAD to show my gratitude for all they've done to go above and beyond. I've never met a more caring bunch of people and I hate to mention this but I am African American female and they are all Caucasian but I felt like we were as ONE. They remained professional yet down to earth and very knowledgeable about the color spectrum, effects of colors etc... Love that place!!!!!!! I'm not gonna tell them I'm ready to paint again-- they might close down the store if they see me coming! read more

Do not go here for blinds or shutters if you think you might need service at anytime. Got blinds but service is impossible to get! Poor quality work! read more

My husband and I are contractors in Burlington Twp and we use their Florence location for all our painting needs. Sean is so welcoming and knowledge, every time we stop in he's super helpful and positive. We are always bringing in colors to match from existing walls, furniture or from other brands and we've never received an off match! Previously we used Home Depot and NO ONE their holds a candle to what they do at Ben Moore! One more thing about the actual paint quality, it's needless to say that Ben Moore carries the best premium paint but the coverage we get is unreal! Totally worth a couple of extra dollars just in the time you save but when you realize paint is 99% of a room it's def worth getting the premium stuff! Thank you guys for being awesome! read more

I've been a regular customer here for years. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them for anything from painting to flooring, blinds, etc. My wife and I recently purchased a new home and used them for our blinds and were blown away at the new look they added to our home! I was introduced to Benjamin Moore Paint. When I went to this store I realized how much more they had to offer! I always get an education when I go there. People are friendly, knowledgeable and on call if you need to ask them something once you are home. Yesterday, I stumbled upon Amy who is an expert in paint colors. My new "pandemic project" was paint the chimney from a whitewash to an authentic burgundy/red to resemble a realistic brick chimney. Without a picture and just my words of explanation, Amy educated me from the brush use to technique to the two varied colors she suggested. Guess what?! She nailed it! Neighbors love it as, more importantly, we do! Thank you Amy and thank you to this great store! You never disappoint us! Hands down! Best Store Ever! read more

Upon seeing my review, I was contacted by Shawn from the Burlington Design Center through a message on Yelp. He was very friendly and just wanted to put the matter right. He was understanding about the situation and offered me a free gallon of paint for my troubles. When I went into the store to get the paint, I was helped out by Mike (the business owner). He had previously helped me out before, but was not the one who had mixed my poor gallon of paint! He was still apologetic and took full responsibility for what happened during my last visit. I wasn't expecting anything, and would have continued to purchase paint at the store, but now I feel fully compensated and MORE for my time. Big thumbs up to everyone who works here. I stepped into this store looking for info on my DIY porch project. I am planning to put down a nice epoxy or polyurethane coating that will withstand the elements, so I don't have to scrape and repaint every year. Having used the wrong paint for epoxies I also wanted info on their concrete paints. The man I approached behind the counter seemed miserable, wasn't helpful or even nice. I felt like I had to pull information out of him. I had already checked out the Benjamin Moore Corotech line the night before, and I was expecting to get some awesome information on their water and solvent- based epoxies and polyurethanes.. but the guy just said "sorry I have nothing for you". After digging a bit more, he told me if I acid treated the bare concrete, they sell a garage floor kit, and he pointed from behind the counter towards the back of the store. "Nothing for concrete at all?", I asked. He shook his head no, so I thanked him and left. It's odd they don't sell any masonry or concrete products there. I got the impression that they'd also rather not have customers. I was ready to spend some money too, those resins aren't cheap! read more

I stopped in late tonight right before closing at 7 PM to pick up a few color samples for my wife The store was very busy about four people in line Philip was very prompt with helping me. He took his time to go through the whole product line with me and explain the differences between the products and finishes. Despite the other customers In store my needs were appropriately handled. He took his time to ask me about the project and give me much needed information on the painting process I will be back to purchase my approximate 20 gallons of paint!!
