Suffice it to say that the multiple head traumas I endured have been a routine part of trying to move about my basement which is barely 6' high. Recently the HVAC has been getting problematic and we were advised to consider replacing the 17 year old unit. Paul gave me multiple estimates and options. During one of his site visits, we discussed re-routing the ductwork. I was overjoyed at the prospect of moving in my basement without doing the limbo. Paul gave me a fair estimate for the furnace and the ductwork, and we scheduled the installation. The crew was very polite, punctual and neat. The work was done so professionally and the thought put into the re-routing was exceptional. I really appreciated the consideration that Kevin, Wayne and the other installer made while doing the work. All in all, I have used ITAK for about 20 years and have always been a fan of their work; now I am grateful in more ways than one. Thanks to Paul and the crew for saving me from further head trauma and backaches!! Karl
