The unit arrived 2 days later and shortly after that 2 workers arrived. They were polite, meticulous and worked non stop until the job was done. The owner "Hov" came by at completion and went over operation, warranty and even installed the new AP on my phone. It has been cold ever since installation so we havent had the full use of the system other than a trial run but at this point I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Master Touch. We have been here over 45 years and have dealt with many contractors. Master Touch gets the highest rating, I highly recommend the company.

With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. In summary, I highly recommend Master Touch Home Service for residential HVAC projects. They also provide commercial service and selecting plumbing services (e.g., hot water heater replacements).

When power from the electric company is interrupted, my generator kicks on, and my entire house is fully back online on generator power within 30 seconds. I had my 6 month routine scheduled generator maintenance visit earlier this week, and I was very impressed with the Technician, Scott Bedell, who was assigned to my maintenance task. I found Scott to be polite, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, thorough, and overall, an excellent representative of Corbin Electric. As I have been since my system was installed, I am very comfortable with Scott at the controls, and I am confident that my generator system health is in the right hands with Corbin. Last week I had an exterminator come because a few field mice came into my crawlspace under my son's room. After I put a few mouse hotels in to catch the poor creatures without killing them one or two came back so a friend who wants the exterminating company recommended that since the insulation was roughly 18 years old that I have him take it out and reinstall new insulation. Well, to my surprise after he pulled the insulation out and found several portions that were ripped out and stuffed back in carelessly, he finds at least nine holes that were drilled into beams that were freshly drilled so they weren't a mistake by another company, but he finds one that is so large that the beam that they drilled through is hardly supporting anything, however there are numerous other ones taking up the weight. Only about three weeks ago I had to have them come in and wear their worker installed a electrical box to supply the whole house generator installed. They failed to put a cover on the box and left it wide open where any kid or person reaching in that area, could've grabbed wires Which is a major no no in the business, but I can only blame him because the Hackensack inspector also failed because he didn't get his fat butt into the crawlspace. He just loft and collected his money for the inspection. Now I knew this inspector for years he lived up the street from me on Poplar Avenue and he was obnoxious as could be when he came to do the inspections and it was amazing because this guy was a little tiny mouse when it was on the fire department quiet and stayed all to himself but now since he retired and got a sub coat official job he's a big mouth, arrogant person But back to this company, I should not have to tear my house apart to find out things that they did inappropriately and that's because when their workers came, there was no supervisor with them. They left messes filthy dirty messes everywhere, and never picked up a broom to clean anything, my wife had to keep cleaning up after them so no I would not recommend this company. Unfortunately I had them and it's just unfortunate because every time you call him about something that you find the ignorant girl that answers the phone makes up 20 different excuses to Sunday to defend them, which shows me she's somebody's Patsey so no I don't recommend this company. This winter the new furnace operated with no issues. With this year's early heat waves the new units have been put to the test and then some. The unit that cools the upstairs portion of the house, that always struggled with our old unit, was sized perfectly and it has kept the temperature even when we hit close to 100 degrees. The other unit has worked perfectly as well, keeping the rest of the house comfortable without straining. Very pleased, to say the least.
