Very systematic and they have an excellent communication system to keep customers updated. I had an issue and pinged their customer service who was responsive. This would warrant 5 stars but for one issue. The installer moved around stuff in two rooms and left them as is without putting them back. Also, there was a film of dust left on the carpet in the basement. I've had work done in the home earlier and the crew cleans up before leaving. This one issue knocks off one star from the review.

Sorry, but YOU are the ones that installed and moved the smoke detector, NOT the contractor and now it's going to take a small fortune to fix their screw up (WHILE THEY GET OFF SCOTT FREE) to bring my house up to code. He assessed the situation and was able to re-wire and install the ceiling fan which included a quick trip to the appliance store to provide a needed wall plate for that new fan. After that, he helped us reassemble and position bed that originally needed to be moved to get at the ceiling fan.
