These are the same exact issues that we previously reported to Walter and our landlord, yet Walter's official report stated that there was no hazard, and left us with no explanation for the shorting of our power. We've been instructed by the town fire official to keep the circuits off until the leak is resolved in order to prevent an electrical fire. I have been living in a fire hazard for months due to Walter's negligence. For your own safety, find a different electrician.

Not only are they extremely skilled at what they do, (I've had 2 previous electricians look at plugs that are hooked to switches who could not figure out how to convert them to be on all the time, which Sebastian and Peter fixed in one minute), they are clean, they sweep the dust, wipe down walls and light fixtures that they touch and care about their work. The only thing they don't do, is patch walls, but you can easily find a contractor to fix that for you, besides they try their best to make small and the fewest possible number of holes. You are hiring electricians for their skill. And these two are highly skilled and I trust them. They are a bit busy, but once they commit to your job, they will get it done in the agreed time frame. The price is very reasonable and they are licensed.
