He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. I found Mr Tech back at the beginning of 2026, and I can't say enough good things about the excellent service Eugene and his staff of computer professionals provide. They updated my 7 yr old Dell PC with Windows 11 and a new, super fast hard drive. And instead of having to shell out $700-900 for a new computer, I got back what is essentially a new machine at a tiny fraction of that cost. They service both Apple and Microsoft products, and they're an excellent source for purchasing previously owned tech devices. I knew things were off to a rough start when the technician and owner of the company dropped his smart phone behind some built-in cabinets and then had to spend about 45 minutes to an hour trying to fish it out. The installation of the tv and other components seemed to be ok, but the remote was not programmed correctly and does not work at all. The goal was to have everything work off of one remote. The company was also hired to connect a new universal remote to an existing tv, blu ray player and sound bar in an upstairs guest room. After the installation, although the tv and sound bar worked, they were not controlled by the new universal remote and the blu ray player did not work at all. It became obvious near the end of the installation that the technician did not want to check anything and did not want to show me how to work the controls. He couldn't get out of my house fast enough. When he did depart I found out that my computer network was down. I had to call my IT consultant to come fix it on a Saturday at considerable expense. Several attempts by e-mail and text to get him to resolve the problems went nowhere. Any inquiry was met by a statement of mis-information such as: "the computer network is not my problem," "you were going to set up the sound bar yourself, etc." I decided that any further communications would get me nowhere, especially when he told me that he should have charged me for another hour (which was the hour he was fishing for his phone. Unfortunately, I made a big mistake in hiring this company and it will probably cost me at least a few hundred dollars to get the problems resolved.
