Very professional! And excellent service experience! I had a printer communication/software issue with the Apple computer. He was able to diagnose the problem & thoroughly explained what he did to remedy it. My initial call about my problem went smoothly. Then I texted him - my address and contact info & problem. He followed up the next day with a text & ETA before arriving. He fixed it & was able to take my credit card payment in-person (which went smoothly as well). I would highly recommend 'Your Computer Guy' to assist you in your malware, WiFi install, and IT issues! read more

Yelp: Please ask Andrew to provide you with receipts Totalling $1k that he spent on my project. Spoiler: He can't, bc he didn't. So, Andrew apparently contacted Yelp to take down my review. I am already preparing legal action against Andrew. So, Now he's contacted Yelp to threaten me. I'm not taking it down. Notice he does not deny Stealing $1k from me. Notice that he did not provide any emails, text msgs or receipts. He did Zero work, provided Zero equipment, he did Nothing. He took advantage of a Disabled person with MS and Stole my $1k. read more

This guy is amazing! Friendly, communicative, speedy and efficient service. My laptop suddenly started making really loud and strange noises anytime I tried to use it and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. At first I thought that maybe it was some kind of malware after letting my kid use it for his games. Within an hour of inspecting my laptop Andrew was not only able to find the cause (not malware after all), fix the issue so it's whisper quiet again, but somehow make my laptop run even smoother and better than before. 10/10 I am definitely using him again in the future! read more

I can't say enough about how great of an experience I had. Cleaned up my two laptops which are now so much quicker and helped me link all of my printers to them. Work was done about three weeks ago and it's all still running perfectly. My one regret is that I didn't call him sooner. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. read more

Andrew was amazing! It didn't take long for him to fix my laptop and he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix . I'm very satisfied and thankful! I highly recommend! Very professional. I definitely will call on him again for assistance with computer. read more

I am extremely disappointed with work and professionalism of Mr. Higgins who is the owner of this "business." This may be the one of the first reviews of any type I have ever written which demonstrates my disappointment. I hired Mr. Higgins to come to my office to clean up the wires to my office pc which and mount the wiring. I have two screens. He did the work which took approx. 11/2 hrs of which I paid more than $200. I leave my office and come back a few days later and one of my two monitors are not working. When I contacted Mr. Higgins, he became very defensive. He wanted to charge me his full rate again which I thought should be discounted; not free. He said get someone else and just hung up on me. In my opinion, that is very, very unprofessional. read more

Running your own business means you got to wear a lot of hats. The tech/IT hat isn't one of them for me. Even simple things like syncing up gmail accounts and connecting printers i have a hard time with. Maybe it's because I know I can just pay someone to do it and I can spend my time doing something else. I'm so glad there's people out there like Andrew. He was prompt, professional, and did the job. He's perfect for small-mid sized businesses that need help with just about anything tech, online, IT, etc. related. I hope I never have to use his services again (but I'm sure something will come up)! read more

Andrew was just what we needed. Prompt, smart, and very helpful. We'll definitely use him again.

Andrew is a knowledge and personable computer professional. I had a complex software conflict on my computer that prevented my printer to work, as well as networking issues. Being it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived promptly an was very patient during his troubleshooting. He resolved the problem in one visit. Andrew gave me some tips, should i have similar issues in the future and offered that I could call him should I run into any more problems. I would highly recommend Andrew for your IT go to guy! His pricing is reasonable as well. read more

I had a problem that needed solving. I'd been on a fraudulent website on facebook and, among other things, my router/modem had been hijacked. After having Geeks on Site cancel on me five (!) times in a row, I went on Yelp and found Andy. He secured the router and made a lot of other network security checks for me too. He was very thorough, polite and friendly. What a relief to find someone this capable and trustworthy. Whew! read more

Andrew was terrific. He came on time and because my computer had hidden viruses and wouldn't download software updates he tried many ways to fix it. We eventually had to delete the entire system and reinstall it. He was here for almost 5 hours and eventually got it done. His prices are reasonable and he only charged me for 4 hours. Nicest guy. Highly recommend. read more

Andrew came out to my home a few months ago and set up my entire computer including a printer which he picked up for me. A few months passed and I went to print and it wasn't connected for whatever reason. I texted him on a Sunday evening and he very promptly responded and even called me to walk me through getting it working again. Very professional and knowledgeable!!! read more

I was struggling with this issue with my pc for weeks, googling didn't help and without being able to go see someone, I reached out to Andrew. Within 20 minutes of contacting him we had a remote link set up and he was troubleshooting. The problem was an easy fix (for him) and he gave me discount because of that. I will be using him and recommending him to my sister in Jersey! read more

If you have computer problems I highly recommend Andrew! I was going to try to take my computer to a company on a Saturday but I didn't find anyone that A) was open and B) could have it done in a timely matter mainly because it was the weekend. I kept searching and found Andrew. Andrew is a mobile computer repair expert. I talked to him for a few minutes and he told me he can come the next day! On a Sunday! I was ecstatic! He took care of my slow ancient snail computer and it is now up and running again as good as when I first got it. He's very thorough, patient, explained everything that he was doing and showed me a few tricks to keep my computer running up to speed. The plus is that he came to me! With three kids, and one that is home-schooled, I can't be without my computer for multiple days while the company eventually gets to mine. My appt time was set up with Andrew and by the end of my appointment I was happy. I highly recommend him if you have computer problems give him a call :-) read more

The last time I took my computer in to be repaired they couldn't replicate the issue therefore couldn't fix it- frustration sets in right?! I have been having computer issues for the past three weeks...again! I didn't want to, once again, drive my computer across town and not be able to replicate the issue...in walks Andrew literally! He came to my home even though I live 45 minutes from him, he had a great disposition and personality and calmly listened to me vent my frustrations and describe my issues. He fixed all my problems within the hour! Not only would I use him again but I plan on suggesting him to my family! Thanks Andrew! read more

Andrew is wonderful, I called him, told him my problem and he was able to come by the next day and take care of my problem. I had some viruses and it was really slowing down my desk top computer (pc) and was able to load some drivers onto my laptop (Mac). He was pleasant, well mannered and didn't make me feel like an idiot. What more could you ask for in a computer guy. And he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Just a great experience, would definitely hire him again! read more
