I walk in the manager inassume was talking to two employees about work related stuff which is fine. But could of stopped so one of the associates could check me out. Well the first associate was sitting on the outside of the register and didn't even get up when I walked up. The other associate who was open I went to. Did not say hello or if I found everything okay. No social skills what so ever. Skipped passed the screen for me to enter my phone number. Then asked if I had a number. But in between she had her phone out texting while checking me out. She looked at me and asked if I was done after I used the pin pad because she was to busy worrying about her phone which was the most unprofessional thing you can do in a business which calls for Customer service. Not to mention the manager in charge just walked off and not even a greeting from him when I walked in or up to the registers. I dont care if your busy or slow customer service is always number one. Im saying all of this to say I'm satisfied with the service I received today. My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours. I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. The employee I was working with did his best and could only do so much. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls. This meant I had to go home, make another claim over my landline, head back to the store, then pick up my phone another two hours later. It'd save a lot of headaches.

I was going to let it go because the guy seemed nice, but he damaged a sensor while changing the screen and couldn't fix it. If I wasn't still under manufacturer warranty I'd be buying a new phone.
