They are fast, helpful, and, at least a few years ago, inexpensive. But, the three iPads that I had fixed there didn't work well after the fix, and on one, the screen was coming off. They did make that losoe screen a priority and fixed it while I waited. But, my son says his iPad doesn't work now that it has been fixed, so I am looking elsewhere. I visited the store today to have my wife's iphone repaired for a problem with the charging port. I expected the repair to take at least a couple hours and maybe cost more than the phone was worth. The young lady at the counter (Rosalin?) took the phone, examined it and said "give me a few minutes and went in the back. Not even 5 minutes later she came back with the problem fixed- apparently a minor repair. She wouldn't even accept payment! I've been here before and always left very satisfied. They somehow managed to ruin my new (apple store) phone battery while replacing my screen? 10/21/2018 I came to this store to get a screen replacement, they did it in about 15-20 minutes, the screen is not very good, bad sensitivity some deadspots. The issue: I had gotten a brand new battery a few months ago from Apple, the beta health on the phone was at 99% charging capability before I got my screen fixed last week, now it's at 89%. BUT i literally went on a 10 minute walk and the battery jumped from 65% to 10% IN THAT TIME SPAN. I basically can't go anywhere without a portable battery pack now. And my battery was perfect before even when the screen was cracked. Idk what this place did... if they damaged it while replacing the screen or just literally took my new battery and replaced it with a cheap one but something definitely happened to make it this bad. I basically need to get a new phone now so probably not worth the $65 to get the screen fixed. really wanted to believe this was a good deal :/ ::::UPDATE::::11/10/2018 After coming back in I am certain they stole my original battery when they changed my screen. I came back in because the owner mekail said they would reconnect my battery they "broke" when they changed my screen. This time he took the battery out without telling me and replaced with a bootleg battery with even less charge. while walking to my car I lose 5% battery turned around and came back in the store and he told me what he did. Now I am certain they stole my original apple battery when I came in for a screen fix. When I first came into the store I had 99% battery capacity (ability to charge to 99%) when I left the same day I had 89% capacity. When I come back and ask them to fix the battery, I leave with 85% battery capacity and he admits he changed the battery out without telling me this time. beyond that the battery jumps from 60% to 10% in ten minutes. I fixed the screen of my iphone and ipad. 3 months later, lcd panel start leaking and bunch of lines on the screen. My ipad, plastic screen. Yes, they replace cheap plastic screen from apple's glass screen. Button and plastic screen cracked. When I had service, they took 3 hours. They promise me 45 min. Why they have good rate. That is clueless. I wouldn't use this place. Btw, they try to sell you protective cover. Don't get it here, you could get 1/3 of price from amazon. It's scare tactic that after you fixed your cracked screen cover, you may want to buy protective screen from them. Make sense but you will save so much money from amazon even having 1 day shipping. My Galaxy S8 was slow charging for months. They determined that it was the port not the battery. Technician replaced the port wasn't charging as fast is it should. He tried another new port which worked properly. I appreciate the extra effort. My phone hadn't said "fast charging" in forever. Works great now. read more

This was the best experience I've ever received when it comes to devices. I've lived in Jersey going on 7 years now and I thought I had the best experience I could get already, but I was wrong. If I could have I would have given this business a minus rating I recently had two iPad screens repaired and within 30/60 days both screens cracked again I brought them back and the owner Mikhail looked them over and told me he could replace them both for an additional $100. Now their business posts 180 days warranty on parts and labor Now I'm a 63 yr old man and of course if I had re damaged the screens then the replacement cost would be on me. In this case nothing I had done caused the screens to crack. Now I have integrity and if I damaged then incur the cost to repair Mikhail as a consumer we have choices and I choose to publicly describe how a senior was treated by you and your business I suggest if you have replacement needs there are several other choices locally one in Menlo Park mall and one in the Woodbridge mall It sad when you have your business place $$$ over integrity and the behavior of taking advantage of a Senior I hope all new potential customers and existing consider other choices read more

Though this place is about 20 miles from my home, it was worth the drive. If your phone needs repair, Mobility and Beyond is the place to go. Except a month later and realized whatever glue they used to hold the new screen down isn't holding.. Shortly after dropped phone w case and screen protector cracking the screen...not the screen protecter... And case is falling apart. I'm really careful with my phone. Went it for an iPhone 6+ screen repair. They have the best prices in the area. I called before and they didn't have white iPhone 6+ screens but they will get it from their other location and give me a call when it's in. They called after an hour and I went to the store. After waiting 30minutes (thinking my phone is about to be ready) they come out saying they don't have the screen anymore. When I said they called me an hour ago, the girl said she didn't know what to say and they probably sold it to someone else. Since I already drove there and waited, I ended up taking the black screen. Phone works great but them not having the screen after calling me to come is was obviously an inconvenience. The model of your phone determines the cost and they are up front with everything. They provide a 90 day warranty too. My review is based on 2 repairs (different times) of my iPhone 4 view screen. 4 stars, simply because I've only had one device serviced. Yes, my fault. I dropped my phone (with a protective case) and it happened to hit at the right spot and crack my view screen. I'm two times a careless klutz. No complaints, no stress. Pricing for the repair was absolutely fair. My second visit, they were closed for the evening and after quickly briefing them that I traveled a long distance, they unlocked the door and did the service. In that same visit they replaced the scuffed back lens of the iPhone camera with a fresh lens. Huge THANKS to the 2 fellas that helped me that evening. Wish I remember their names....I believe it was Steve and the other, Victor? Regardless, none of the staff have ever been rude - neither visit. Maybe if other customers spoke to them w a little courtesy, they would return the respect. My experience w this business has been painless and successful. This place is a shit show. I drove 35 minutes to this place to replace the screen of my iPhone 6s Plus. I went in and they changed my cracked screen pretty quickly. I checked it out and it looked fine. While heading home one of my screws fell out so I turned around and drove back. I also started noticing my screen had a blue hue to it. When I got there, the guy behind the register basically tried to convince me I was crazy and even while comparing the drastic difference of my blue screen to my friends iPhone 7 plus he insisted that I was wrong. I also got no apology for my screw falling out and having to drive back and forth. Then the guy (who I assume runs the place) came out from the back and I explained my situation and he agreed that there's a blue tint to my screen and told me they have a "cheaper" version and an OEM version. So basically he admitted to ripping me off. He changed the screen and I headed back home another 35 minute drive. Two weeks have passed and there are random bright white spots appearing on my screen. So today I brought it back. I walked in and it reeked of weed. No one came to the front desk for a good five minutes as I stood there waiting, listening to them listen to loud house music in the back room. When the same owner came to the front I told him I've now been here three times with multiple issues and it's unacceptable. I reminded him he gave me a non-OEM blue tinted screen and that the screw had fallen out and to make sure it didn't happen again. He took it to the back and meanwhile I chatted with some worried customers. Another customer came in and claimed that without touching his phone, his screens kept changing and scrolling (through Instagram without touching it for example). After about an hour of waiting he brought out my phone. Offered me a $20 refund for "gas money" and gave me a screen protector and case which I told him I did not want. Once home, I compared my device and once again the screen was blue. Less noticeable this time unless I turn it on angles then it's COMPLETELY blue. I pride myself on keeping my cool but I lost my shit on this guy. Told him to replace my screen and refund the rest of my money. He said he can't do both. And again. One of the screws fell out. I now have to drive another 35 minutes there. Wait half an hour. And drive another 35 minutes back. For a fourth time. read more

Friendly staff and quick turnaround but you guys seriously need to improve the screens you install for iPhones. I had my new screen replaced maybe three months ago and although the screen is durable, there are many dead spots. All four corners of my screen are completely inactive. I have to turn my phone sideways to send a text message. UPDATE 7-1-17: management was nice enough to message me and suggest a replacement since all parts come with a 6 month warranty. Since this was on my work phone which the company pays for, I didn't take them up on the offer. Instead I went to Apple today and paid the extra $40. One thing I noticed/remembered (besides not having any dead spots) is that you can EASILY see the screen when wearing polarized sunglasses. When I had Mobility repair's screen you could not. I constantly had to lift the shades. To me, this particular issue doesn't seem to stem from a defective product. It's just the continuous lack of quality their product has. Sorry if the review seems harsh but it's honest. And everyone knows smartphones is now a necessity now a days so might as well go spend the extra cash. read more

Really simple, fast and cheap and helpful on most things but they use really low quality screens and buttons. If you care for your beloved phone, I wouldn't go here. If you just need a fast quick fix and quality is not a concern, this is the place (90 day warranty). Personally I won't be back since I always inspect the phone before driving off and 9/10 their is always something wrong. (ALWAYS check before driving off). Tip to management would be to own up to the occasional faulty parts (or invest in upgrading you parts) and if it's something you can't fix, just inform the customer and discount them, thank them for their business. Don't wait until they come back aggravated because then you have someone that feels they've been backstabbed. read more
