I contacted Tekhattan for their on-site service on Saturday around 6pm. They had two technicians (Dan and Alex) out to me that night. The technicians were very courteous, friendly and knowledgable. They were able to set up a time that would fit my schedule; they diagnosed my computer in less than 24 hours-- with their diagnosis they helped me find out what the problem was regarding my PC. Although I decided to move on without their further help, the technicians are bringing my extremely heavy PC tower back to me at my most convenient time. Thank you so much!

There are two guys there and the owner or the man in charge (guy with glasses) is a skilled, honest worker and very kind. Fee ranges from $80-100 depending on the degree of damage. You sign a receipt and come back in 30 minutes. In the meantime, grab something to eat in the food court downstairs or wander around the interesting Korean beauty stores and bakeries on the same block. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review.
