Initially when I returned the cell phone technician repaired the glass by putting it back in place and screening tighter ensuring me that this would not happen again. 2 weeks later it came out again. I then came back and the cell phone technician told me I was doing it on purpose or perhaps I dropped the phone. I showed him the cell phone so that he could see that there were no abrasions or scratches anywhere on the device. The glasss itself remained in perfect condition. However it would pop out in my pocket. He refused to repair the device and attempted to sell me yet in additional replacement screen. Avoid this repair center at all cost.
