They suggested we go straight to their main office in Harrison as many of their techs were on vacation during August. Hubby stated associate was super professional and knowledgeable. Place was clean and modern. They quoted him and it actually came out cheaper than what he was informed. They even gave him back my original top with my stickers all over it in case I wanted to transfer them to the new top they had to install. The stated it would be a few days because they had to order the part, but it was done the very next day! There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards and 0 for debit or cash. I don't care they still beat out Apple by half and provided excellent service and rapidly! They seem to repair anything in this category along with cell phones and gaming systems. The store refused to honor any kind of warranty or refund, claiming the crack was my fault despite no evidence of a drop.
