I was so lucky to find Fi Repairs! The screen on my MacBook Air cracked and I was sitting on the couches outside the Apple Store at the Willowbrook Mall trying to stomach the $450 quote the Apple guy had just given me to get this thing fixed. (I don't have Apple Care). That's almost halfway towards a brand new computer! I thought, let me just TRY some local stores first. Called up a few -- some wanted me to bring the computer in which would be a hassle because of my schedule, others said they'd call back with a quote but never did. Michael at Fi gave me a quote over the phone. Getting an original Apple screen replacement with Fi would have been less than the Apple store quote, but Michael got me an even better deal with an off market screen replacement. (I wasn't worried about the image quality since I use my computer mostly for writing). It came out to LITERALLY half of the Apple Store quote. And Michael had it ready in a few days. Fixed the broken screen on my daughter's laptop. I went to a few places to get quotes and they were both affordable and local.

My teen daughter's iphone screen needed replacing, cracked in many spots. The work on the phone and service was great from Blase. After we got home, there was an issue with an app and the facial recognition function, Blase did all the troubleshooting and fixed it at no extra charge. Very satisfied! read more

Brought my phone here to have the screen protector replaced. Took about 2 hours. Soon after, the sound quality during phone calls started deteriorating, getting a crackling noise. Verizon replaced SIM card, but no improvement and they recommended going to Samsung. Samsung opened up the phone and found a large quantity of glue inside that affected the speaker, and they said it was "beyond repair." FiRepair offered to refund the cost of the repair or to install another device which they said would fix it. I didn't trust their repair service. A month later, I asked for the credit, but received no response to a certified letter or to phone calls. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this business. My printer/copier/scanner fell off a low shelf right onto the plug. The plug area was damaged. Brought it there and they hoped to fix it but it appears too much on the inside was damaged to make it worth fixing. But they did get the wireless function to work and charged me NOTHING!! What a great group to do business with. Although my hardwire connection doesn't work I am able to print wirelessly and with all the work they put into it, including purchasing another part that didn't end up working they didn't charge me anything. read more
