I had my iPhone screen replaced at a reasonable price. Repaired within an hour. Pleased with workmanship.

I was so lucky to find Fi Repairs! The screen on my MacBook Air cracked and I was sitting on the couches outside the Apple Store at the Willowbrook Mall trying to stomach the $450 quote the Apple guy had just given me to get this thing fixed. (I don't have Apple Care). That's almost halfway towards a brand new computer! I thought, let me just TRY some local stores first. Called up a few -- some wanted me to bring the computer in which would be a hassle because of my schedule, others said they'd call back with a quote but never did. Michael at Fi gave me a quote over the phone. Getting an original Apple screen replacement with Fi would have been less than the Apple store quote, but Michael got me an even better deal with an off market screen replacement. (I wasn't worried about the image quality since I use my computer mostly for writing). It came out to LITERALLY half of the Apple Store quote. And Michael had it ready in a few days. Highly recommend this store and will definitely make it my go to for computer issues in the future! read more

He completely fixed my iPhone 11 ProMax for $300.00, it would have cost me $700 to $800 to get an reconditioned iPhone11promax from Apple or Verizon's Verizon would have also added 2 or 3 yrs to my current wireless contract Fi Repairs is excellent, he gets it done immediately Go there instead of apple or verizon. Use him read more

Blase was awesome! My Dell XPS laptop clunked out on me out of nowhere and Blase was communicative and did a great job getting it fixed within a few hours and explaining to me the issues. He didn't apply pressure to upsell me, didn't exaggerate the issues and I felt like he serviced me fairly. Would definitely return to him for computer issues. read more

Got the job done, the computer was fixed, in time as promised. Would recommend . The review is based on my personal experience

Haven't gotten my repair yet so I will update then but right off the bat the customer service is quick to reply and not with some copy and paste quote. Blase asked questions and then gave me options. That in itself is a forgotten art and very much appreciated with this yelped. mindminx appreciated and approved read more

Came in 1 hour and a half before closing and was done before store closed! Super fast and price is unbeatable. Looks brand new and everything functions normal. Definitely recommend!! read more

I'd given up on fixing my 7th gen iPad -- Apple charges $249 to fix a broken screen without Applecare. And all the options on Amazon were plastic screens (and I wasn't up for DIY broken glass removal). Fi fixed it in a few hours, for a lot less than Apple, and used a real glass screen. Transparent pricing, great service. Highly recommend. read more

Really quick response. Reasonably price and turn around was quick. Wish the location had better parking options. But that really is not their fault. Would definitely go back. They did a great job replacing my iPads screen read more

I broke my iPad's screen and bought it here to get it fixed. The owner of the store personally fixed my iPad screen with genuine Apple products but at a way more reasonable price than the Apple store. He also replaced the battery on my iPad free of charge because he discovered some issues with it. I wish every business had amazing customer service like this. I would definitely recommend this place to fix your broken phones/tablets. read more

Fixed the broken screen on my daughter's laptop. I went to a few places to get quotes and they were both affordable and local.

My teen daughter's iphone screen needed replacing, cracked in many spots. The work on the phone and service was great from Blase. After we got home, there was an issue with an app and the facial recognition function, Blase did all the troubleshooting and fixed it at no extra charge. Very satisfied! read more

Brought my phone here to have the screen protector replaced. Took about 2 hours. Soon after, the sound quality during phone calls started deteriorating, getting a crackling noise. Verizon replaced SIM card, but no improvement and they recommended going to Samsung. Samsung opened up the phone and found a large quantity of glue inside that affected the speaker, and they said it was "beyond repair." FiRepair offered to refund the cost of the repair or to install another device which they said would fix it. I didn't trust their repair service. A month later, I asked for the credit, but received no response to a certified letter or to phone calls. read more

I use my phone for work, so being without it for any period of time is a hardship. I reached out found Fi repairs and the rest is history. After 2 days and excellent work I was back in BIZ. I had a cracked screen on a new phone, and the screen was hard to find but he found it for me when others said it couldn't be found. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this business. My printer/copier/scanner fell off a low shelf right onto the plug. The plug area was damaged. Brought it there and they hoped to fix it but it appears too much on the inside was damaged to make it worth fixing. But they did get the wireless function to work and charged me NOTHING!! What a great group to do business with. Although my hardwire connection doesn't work I am able to print wirelessly and with all the work they put into it, including purchasing another part that didn't end up working they didn't charge me anything. read more

They were amazing! My computer broke during the snow storm and I called many different companies and no one could help. I reached out to Fi-Repairs and they were quick, efficient and helpful. I have an iMac that has blinking screen. I searched for nearby shops which can repair this problem. Blaise quickly replied to my request with professional opinions and I decided to give him a try. The experience with Blaise was fantastic. He did a great job fixing the problem by replacing a connector and the problem resolved. His charge is very reasonable with 30 days warranty. More importantly, I can walk in and he did he job on site within only 1.5 hour! I am glad that we have him in the neighborhood who did great job in fixing iMac's. Strongly recommend Blaise! read more
