Very disappointed, went here because the back of my phone was cracked .. that was fixed however i noticed when I received my phone back one of the lenses looked weird, like there was maybe extra glue in it? i asked for them to fix it but they couldn't and then told me that I must have damaged it. Turns out it was the lens for the flash so now my flash light doesn't work nor does the flash for the camera work when it was working perfectly up until I left the phone with them. This is a horrible place. I shattered the corner of my screen and went to get it fixed last week. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes and suddenly my Touch ID stopped working. When he replaced the screen a second time my phone was disabled which he claims "happens sometimes" but I highly doubt that. So instead of the 10 minutes like he said this was turning into a 2 hour ordeal. Had to go to verizon in the mall and reset my phone then back it up through ICloud again. My phone continues to work like shit and is extremely slow which it was never a problem before these people touched it. Not even an apology from either one of the guys that works here. Extremely disappointed and next time i'll pay $150 and go somewhere else because they will just break your phone and rip you off. I hope no one ever has to go through this. UPDATE: So my phone has still worked like shit since i've gotten my phone fixed. To make matters that much better I got a screen protector from these con artists and I dropped y phone not even 6 inches from the CARPET and my screen shattered. Went to get it fixed today and the guy at another place took off the protector to see that the protector had no damage and my phone was shattered again. Went to these fools and they tried to tell me it's because of a crack on the side even though they have no clue which side the crack started on. Seems I had similar issues as the others here. Got my iphone x screen replaced. He recommends lcd vs oled because he said it's cheaper, not noticeable and oleds are more fragile. Quick install and relatively cheap price. After that the phone just did not function properly. The screen was extremely sensitive and the slightest nudge it would open and close apps. Sometimes while browsing it would suddenly close or scroll to the top basically doing things I didn't want it to do. One day it just went beserk and temporarily disabled my phone. Went back, complained he tested it and said it seems fine. He ultimately replaced it with a new one. Took it home. Same issues. Extremely hyper sensitive screen that made using the phone normally very difficult. At that point I was irritated and didn't want to drive back but didn't matter. 2 days later the phone fell off my mattress about 2 feet to the floor and the glass completely shattered and the phone wasn't even working. Just gave up and went to a chinese joint when I was running errands. Paid a bit more for a refurbished OEM oled screen and now it works perfectly fine. The experience at the mall kiosk was odd. No way he hasn't had similar cases. Clearly the LCD screen the are selling is of poor quality. Thy should stop using those for repairs. read more

Their customer service is terrible! I was at GSP for the day (I live in NYC) and decided to have them repair the cracked glass on my IPhone. They replaced the glass no problem, but when I went to charge my phone that evening it would not hold a charge. I called them the next day and they said the battery was a separate issue and I would need to bring in the phone. I told them I could not as I am not local and that I was leaving town for the weekend and could not be without a phone. I asked them to at least refund the charge for the glass replacement as now I would need to get the phone repaired by someone else. They refused and said they the glass and the battery were separate issues. I told them that the battery was not an issue until they opened up my phone to repair the glass yesterday. I asked what they could do and the owner said nothing. Worst service ever! I would give no stars if I could. I will now need to pay to get my battery fixed or worse I may have to get a new phone!
