Awesome service and super business owner! Alpay serviced my phone quickly and professionally. My phone was a wreck--he had it looking good as new in 20 minutes. I'll also add that my phone is an older model and he had the replacement screen in stock, no problem. Alpay fitted me with a new screen protector and case - took minutes, and so much better than trying to figure out 'will it fit?' when shopping on Amazon. Prices are VERY fair and the service is awesome. Thank you Alpay! read more

Great work with reasonable price, fixed the broken screen on my IPhone 15 Pro Max. Took about 20 minutes and can't even tell it was ever damaged. I would deign back if I even need another screen replacement. read more

The tech was great, it happened to be a screen protector, he just removed it and didn't try to replace the cover. The honesty is a great asset. Thank you. read more

These guys are absolutely amazing! Hands-down, arguably the best electronic repair shop I've been to in years. Their prices were great! They fixed my iPad so good, it literally looks factory new condition and to top it off, they finished my repair 1hr 30min FASTER than they quoted me on. I left the shop with the biggest smile on my face. Highly recommend to a friend. read more

I needed to have iPad screen repaired so I turned to the Yelp! community for recommendations and they didn't disappoint. The Fix was by far the lowest estimate and had great reviews. Excellent customer service, fast response and quick repair time. They honored their price estimate even though I was mistakenly given an estimate for an iPhone not an iPad. That's the right way to run a business and I wouldn't hesitate to return for any repair needs. read more

Was shopping around for my apple XS MAX screen replacement. A few locations including apple were $359 and up. Reached out to The FIX. was quoted $130 after only 10 minutes of requesting on Yelp. Drove up after work, dropped off my phone and 20 minutes later it was done. Fantastic work, great price, super friendly staff could not be happier. Got smart and added a screen protector on this one. Thank you for the great service and the reasonable cost. Will see you again if you are needed. If you need screen replaced this is your place to go. read more

Very disappointed, went here because the back of my phone was cracked .. that was fixed however i noticed when I received my phone back one of the lenses looked weird, like there was maybe extra glue in it? i asked for them to fix it but they couldn't and then told me that I must have damaged it. Turns out it was the lens for the flash so now my flash light doesn't work nor does the flash for the camera work when it was working perfectly up until I left the phone with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here read more

I've been to The Fix twice - the first time a bit under a year ago to get my phone screen replaced, and recently because the screen had stopped working again. Professional, good price, and fast, done within an hour. Second time he replaced it for just the cost of the screen, which I really appreciated. Will definitely go here again if needed (fingers crossed)! read more

Almost didn't go here because of the tepid score, but if you sort by date it seems most of the negative reviews are older. I'm glad we took the chance, because they did a good, professional job replacing my girlfriend's phone screen quickly. It also gave us an excuse to go to an unfamiliar mall in Paramus N.J. and what is more life-affirming than that? read more

I took my iPhone in for a cracked case and was quite surprised I did not have to wait. In the past I've had to fix phones and the experience was not so nice. Service was prompt and thorough at the fix. Phone looks like I took it out of the box today! read more

I had two 7th generation iPads that fell and the screens shattered. I submitted a generic online quote request and THE FIX was the first to respond. They provided the best price and gave me an estimated wait time of 3 hours while everyone else told me it would be ready between 3 -7 days. I dropped if off after 5pm and told them I would come back the following day for it, no rush! I received a text message early afternoon saying it was ready. They did a great job, the ipads look brand new and the screens work perfectly. I also found that they were the most pleasant over the phone. I would definitely recommend them if you need anything fixed. read more

This place is amazing!!! He could have charged me $210 to replace an iPhone 12 Pro Max cracked screen with an aftermarket part but he found out that the screen protector was the only thing damaged. He replaced the screen protector for $29.00. I also got the cracked screen of an iPhone 7 replaced for $79.99. In total with taxes for two iPhones it was $116.21. I am very happy. He could have charged over $300 but he was very honest. read more

Quick, good value, just walked in and had my screen changed in half an hour . I highly recommend this service.

I cracked my screen earlier today. Looked for a local shop and The Fix sent a quote and appointment times asap. It took no more than 15-20 mins my screen worst perfectly fine plus he added a screen protector and applied it for me. The easiest experience I've had in recent memory. Money well spent. I cant say enough ! If there were ten stars i would give them. I had rice stuck in the charging hole in my iphone and i no longer drive on the highways which i would have had to do to get to them . They came to the house and in ten minutes all was well! priced reasonably as well. read more

This is a horrible place. I shattered the corner of my screen and went to get it fixed last week. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes and suddenly my Touch ID stopped working. When he replaced the screen a second time my phone was disabled which he claims "happens sometimes" but I highly doubt that. So instead of the 10 minutes like he said this was turning into a 2 hour ordeal. Had to go to verizon in the mall and reset my phone then back it up through ICloud again. My phone continues to work like shit and is extremely slow which it was never a problem before these people touched it. Not even an apology from either one of the guys that works here. Extremely disappointed and next time i'll pay $150 and go somewhere else because they will just break your phone and rip you off. I hope no one ever has to go through this. UPDATE: So my phone has still worked like shit since i've gotten my phone fixed. To make matters that much better I got a screen protector from these con artists and I dropped y phone not even 6 inches from the CARPET and my screen shattered. Went to get it fixed today and the guy at another place took off the protector to see that the protector had no damage and my phone was shattered again. Went to these fools and they tried to tell me it's because of a crack on the side even though they have no clue which side the crack started on. They have shitty products and are extremely shady people. Please listen when I say SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. read more

Seems I had similar issues as the others here. Got my iphone x screen replaced. He recommends lcd vs oled because he said it's cheaper, not noticeable and oleds are more fragile. Quick install and relatively cheap price. After that the phone just did not function properly. The screen was extremely sensitive and the slightest nudge it would open and close apps. Sometimes while browsing it would suddenly close or scroll to the top basically doing things I didn't want it to do. One day it just went beserk and temporarily disabled my phone. Went back, complained he tested it and said it seems fine. He ultimately replaced it with a new one. Took it home. Same issues. Extremely hyper sensitive screen that made using the phone normally very difficult. At that point I was irritated and didn't want to drive back but didn't matter. 2 days later the phone fell off my mattress about 2 feet to the floor and the glass completely shattered and the phone wasn't even working. Just gave up and went to a chinese joint when I was running errands. Paid a bit more for a refurbished OEM oled screen and now it works perfectly fine. The experience at the mall kiosk was odd. No way he hasn't had similar cases. Clearly the LCD screen the are selling is of poor quality. Thy should stop using those for repairs. read more

Their customer service is terrible! I was at GSP for the day (I live in NYC) and decided to have them repair the cracked glass on my IPhone. They replaced the glass no problem, but when I went to charge my phone that evening it would not hold a charge. I called them the next day and they said the battery was a separate issue and I would need to bring in the phone. I told them I could not as I am not local and that I was leaving town for the weekend and could not be without a phone. I asked them to at least refund the charge for the glass replacement as now I would need to get the phone repaired by someone else. They refused and said they the glass and the battery were separate issues. I told them that the battery was not an issue until they opened up my phone to repair the glass yesterday. I asked what they could do and the owner said nothing. Worst service ever! I would give no stars if I could. I will now need to pay to get my battery fixed or worse I may have to get a new phone! Also this place is now called "The Fix" and is located at E11 in the mall. read more

Terrible customer service. Phone repaired in August. LCD stopped working in November. Tried to tell me it was my fault and the LCD was "damaged." Said they would cut me a deal and fix for $145 (MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY PAID). GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Terrible experience here. I messaged the owner on yelp for a quote giving a full description and he replied with 139$. I then paid for two Uber rides to get to the mall for him to tell me it is a whopping $230 to fix the same problem I asked him about the day prior. Terrible customer service I will not be coming back here. read more

Alpay is a good man and very good at what he does. I've had a few items repaired by him. He's quick and reasonably priced. If you're out of warranty, his prices are better than most and definitely better than Apple. He warrants his for work for 30 days, but he was good enough to extend that for me on one occasion (I brought back an iPad after about 2 months and he fixed it again at no cost to me). read more

I originally paid $150 for my phone to get fixed there (that's with a warranty) I go back and they told me I have to pay $200 Now loke wtf is that ?! They want me to pay more than i did the first time , NOT WORTH IT , GO SOME WHERE ELSE read more

Great service! Shattered my screen the night before I was leaving for vacation. Stopped by this Paramus Park location and they were able to fix it within 20 minutes! Cost of the replacement screen was $110 for the Iphone 6 and I got a protective screen cover for $15! Definitely would go back here again in the future if needed! Quick, professional, and extremely convenient! Highly recommended. My phone looks brand new now! read more

I did a quick Google search and this was the second option. After calling the first place three times but getting a busy signal each time, I called this establishment. I explained what happened to the gentleman, to which he replied, "bring it in, and I can fix it in 20 minutes." That's exactly what he did, but it was probably more like 15 minutes. read more
